The villa has a lovely garden around the house, with all sorts of fruit trees and lovely flowers. As an icon, there is a nearly 100-year old Wajaca-tree in front of the house. This tree gives a lovely shady terrace whole year round and attracts all kinds of birds and butterflies.
In the backyard there is a private pool (7,5 x 3 meters), a parking space on the premises, a big outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs, a BBQ, and washing lines.
