A footpath leads directly from the property to the shore of the lake,and to the ferry terminal,where the boat runs across to the town of Bowness. The lovely cosy lounge has a warming open fire,comfortable sofas,TV/DVD,and hi-fi. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room with WC,which also houses the washer. On the first floor of the property there are three more bedrooms,the first of which is a spacious king-size room which benefits from a pine dressing table and a seating area with sofa and TV,alongside a very well-appointed en-suite bathroom with a shower over the spa bath and WC. The second first-floor bedroom is a twin room with en-suite shower and WC,whilst the last room is an attractive single room. Outside,there is a patio area with seating close to the house, giving way to a large lawn which enjoys views over Lake Windermere. There is off-road parking provided and a bike shed for bike storage.
