worth every pound, very friendly owner, very quite property and clean
I would book this property again. I have told family and friends about this place.It is exactly as shown in the picture's. The place is clean and it was just like living at home.
The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. I booked it direct with the owner David Gumbs he is a very nice man. If i had a problem he was there to help.You need a car when you holiday in Anguilla.I rented it because i asked someone i knew on the island to recommend a place and this was it. It has all the things listed on the website

Villa agréable et reposante
Nous avons passé un week-end en famille très agréable.
La villa est propre et bien équipée, le salon est spacieux, la literie très confortable et la salle de bain de la master est un réelle plus.
Nemo, le chien de la propriété est très gentil et très bien dressé !
Nous recommandons vivement cette villa avec des propriétaires à l'écoute.

Outstanding space, lots of room and walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
This review is long overdue. Our stay at White Sands Anguilla was outstanding. The location of the villa is fantastic. It is minutes to walk down to Rendezvous Bay and one of the most outstanding beaches anywhere. It is also within a kilometer of the ferry terminal and centrally located in term of getting around the island. We were a group of 5 adults, two couples and a single and we had more than ample room. The bedrooms are all spacious, with the master having a balcony with a great view and massive ensuite bathroom. Lots of windows to enjoy the island breeze without really needing to utilize the AC very much. The main living space was perfect. Large kitchen space with everything we needed. A dining space that easily could sit 10 and a nice living room space to hang out and watch a movie. The outdoor space was also fantastic. We utilized the front porch as well as the back patio/soaker pool daily. They were perfect spots for a morning coffee or an afternoon happy hour drink. Our communication with David was outstanding from start to finish and we had great visits with Dow when he did his daily stop for maintenance and checking the property. We would love to get back to the island soon and we would not hesitate to rent this property from David again.

Anguilla is an oasis for solo travellers, couples, families and business travellers alike. Just off the beaten path, which helps protect its unique character and exclusivity, it’s the northernmost island of the Leeward Islands in the Eastern Caribbean. It’s about 150 miles east of Puerto Rico and nine miles north of St. Martin and is easily accessible via flights from North America, Latin America and Europe, or by ferry from one of the neighboring islands.
