Cottage is approx. 850 sq feet including a full kitchen with microwave, stove, full refrig, dishwasher and keureg one cup coffee maker. A washer and dryer is available so you can do laundry on site. Cathedral ceiling with wood beams make this cottage exceptionally coastal elegant through out. Hardwood floors throughout exude luxury. Large main living area with flat screen TV and breakfast table that is open to the glass top dining table and custom built in corner bench seating makes for a very relaxed environment. The master bed room is behind the yellow sliding barn door and has room for two and also has a flat screen TV. The bedroom is tastefully decorated in beach style. Off the master bedroom is a spacious spa bathroom. The design of the walk-in shower was taken from the Sea Island Club Spa. It has a special shower head that produces exceptional water volume and is like showering in a spa. Its like nothing you have ever experienced. The floor and shower are natural stone and the shower has multiple patterns. We just put in a new sofa that has a queen memory foam mattress. Counting the pullout sofa bed and the master bedroom the cottage comfortably sleeps four guests. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, cups, silver ware and items needed for cooking. A sampling of coffee pods are provided for your morning coffee enjoyment. Coffee can be enjoyed inside or outside on the spacious deck or below on the just completed stone patio. The cottage will make you feel like you are in the tree tops with the good high views. We will gladly provide you with restaurant recommendations, directions and island activities that only locals know about. We are confident that you will be pleased with your stay in our island cottage and we hope you will want to stay with us every time you visit Saint Simon's Island. If the cottage is not available for your dates, we also have three gated condos with pools and two houses that we also vacation rent. There is also a five bedroom house on the property that we vaca rent. So if you have a large family you could rent one or both. The house sleeps nine. The cottage was just the perfect place for the time to reset our lives to "island time " with vibe and area were great. It is bike able to most place that we visited. Good location that is noise free as one could expect. The outside areas are a great place to just relax. There was a bike rack out of the weather. All the appliances worked and met our needs. There is a ice maker that was well used during our time. The owner is very responsive to our needs and requests. The bed was comfortable. I know were we are staying the next time we are in the area. Thank you for allowing us to hit the RESET button in this peaceful place . Do not forget to go to the pond and watch for native birds.

St. Simons Style
Saint Simons never disappoints.
This cottage is a tree top refuge. The atmosphere, the quaint coastal feel, and the hosts' attention to detail will make this a return stay without a doubt!!

Serenity Getaway
My mom and I had the most exhilarating and amazing time at this luxurious cottage. We can't thank the property owners (Tom & Amy) enough for sharing this hidden treasure. They truly put every effort, thought, and warmth into providing an unforgettable and enjoyable stay at the little "Hallmark" cottage. Overall, a perfect location for great food, shopping, beach, pier, attractions and funtastic activities. Looking forward to visiting the cottage and the beautiful SII again in the near future. Wished I could give the cottage and hosts a 10+ rating.

Terrific cottage
We so enjoyed the nautical setting created by the artistically placed ocean artifacts in the cottage...and the friendly ducks on the pond, esp the male hooded Merganser duck..worth our travels just to see him. We also liked having the washer/dryer available. The cottage was on a quiet lane yet close to a major street. The city trolley tour was informative and pleasant.

Perfect, pet-friendly, beach, get-a-way!
What a perfect space! My husband & I had a wonderful stay with our dog. Our favorite part was the pet friendly, East Beach, for sunrise.......and enjoying our day at this cozy cottage. Great kitchen for dinners in, shower was dreamy! Would highly recommend.

Summer at the beach
Great place to stay while on the island! Everything you need is at the cottage or a close walk or drive away. This is the second time we have stayed here!

Romantic treehouse
We loved this rental. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. Beautiful location. Highly recommend.

Cozy tree house
Very cozy bungalow in the tree tops. Clean, bright and refreshing yet relaxing place. Nautical/ beach theme very nice. Quiet neighborhood centrally located from every thing. Tv/WiFi failed frequently but not owners fault. Cable company messed up and they were trying daily to fix problem. Would highly recommend.

Great get away to relax
The cottage was adorable and comfortable. Everything was provided that we would need to make our stay relaxing. If we had any questions or concerns Tom or Amy was available to answer them quickly. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks for a great get away from the great white north to a beautiful island retreat.

St Simons Island was recently voted as one of the ten best beach destinations in the United States. While it is a small island there are tons of public beach access, plenty of shopping and activities and a large number of excellent restaurant choices.
