The infamous Southern Soul BBQ, featured on Guy Fieri's TV show is about two blocks away. Include is free Comcast 75 mbps blast wireless internet and cable TV. The large master bedroom has an awesome and expensive king mattress and a remote control bed lift. Enjoy reading or watching Net flicks on the new HD smart 43 inch TV inclined to your preference with the bed lift. You will sleep better than you have ever slept before in this set up. Also there is a large walk in closet and a full bathroom with tile floor, marble counter and sink and an all tile walk in shower. In the main living area a double sided fireplace divides the large room into separate areas. Each area has a sofa bed that pulls out into a queen and full sleepers. One side has a 43 inch HD flat screen TV and the other has a LED remote controlled fireplace that also puts out heat. Off to the side of the full kitchen is the dining room that has a round table and gorgeous green bead board wood ceiling with dark stained ceiling beams.The dining room also has 7 windows which allows for tons of natural light. The kitchen has a travertine castle natural stone floor, granite tops, full fridge w ice maker, oven, stove and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook any meal and has two coffee makers to choose from. A Keurig and a full drip maker. There is also a full washer and dryer inside the condo so laundry is a breeze. Included are high end super soft linens, towels and wash clothes. You will be impressed. The condo complex is a small and is very quiet. Most of the residence work and live on SSI or in Brunswick. This condo is on the second floor, which is the top floor, so nothing above or on either side. My wife and I have owned and managed our own rental property for 5 years now and have set everything up to be super simple, easy and relaxing. Large rental companies are slow to respond and are super confusing. You can count on us to respond fast and every time, which is what you need. Our condo door has a coded door lock so no keys to worry about as we simply message you the code ten days before your arrival and your ready to show up and start your vacation. We also own the two bedroom condo right across from this one, so if you have a large family or friends that you travel with, please inquire as to renting both condos together We also have other rental properties so if this one is booked, so please ask about them. Minimum age in order to rent is 25. We will consider allowing small dogs weighing less than 15 lbs. Once dog per stay. No parties and no overnight guests other than those disclosed via the rental. No loud noises or load music.
Our vacation stay would've been more pleasant but unfortunately, our host was very unpleasant. He made unkind accusations that weren't appreciated. We didn't feel welcomed or respected as guests.

This is very untrue. Unfortunately some guests try to hold an owner hostage with the treat of a bad review unless money is refunded to them.

Vacation Perfection!
This pristinely clean condo ticked all of our boxes and made for a super special 2nd visit to the island.
> LOCATION... less than 15 minutes from everything!
> super comfortable bed
> Netflix and a nice pool
> great shower, toilet, washer/dryer
> beach umbrella & extra towels
> lots of natural light and a good blender
> responsive, knowledgeable and friendly owners
We couldn't have asked for more and will book again next time we visit.

Sweet Spot for a Sweet Getaway
Loved our time in this beautifully decorated condo! The owners thought of everything from snacks and water that greeted our arrival to a helpful guide on where to eat and what to do. They even had beach towels, chairs and bikes available for us to use. You could not ask for a better host or a cuter place to stay. It was perfect for us three and our spoiled little doggy. Best deal anywhere on the island.

PERFECTION
Our girls weekend to the Shrimp and Grits Festival on Jekyll couldn’t have been better. I am so thrilled I found this condo for the 6 of us this year. The description and pictures are spot on but seeing it in person is amazing. Super clean with everything you need to enjoy your stay of a weekend or a week with friends or family. The pullout couches were super comfy and there was plenty of room for us all. The pool was clean and felt wonderful after a day of the beach and walking around. Everyone we met during our stay either renters or owners were so friendly and helpful with suggestions of dining and others information. The information given in the condo with area information was a great way to find foods and other stuff as well. Overall we couldn’t have been more pleased and cannot wait to come visit again Thanks so much!!

Great spot
The actual location was a bit further than we originally thought. That being said, the condo had everything we needed for a quick get away, coffee for the Keurig, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and soap at every sink. Bed was comfortable and place was in perfect condition.

We are glad you enjoyed the condo. It is truly an awesome space. We do the best job we can in the description as to the location and put that it is one mile from the beach and pier as we have measured it in our car. Disappointed in not receiving a five star review as the location is described accurately and there is nothing we else we can do. St Simon's island is a small island so nothing is very far.

Attention to Detail
Thank you Amy and Tom for providing all the details a traveler needs. It is also evident that you have put a lot of time and thought into decorating the condo. We had a wonderful week on Saint Simons Island. We biked and walked easily from the condo to Mallory St.. Our mornings started with a walk to Sweet Mama’s for delicious pastries and our new found favorite pork pops. Your restaurant list was very helpful. Thank you also for the bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, soaps, coffee, wonderful bed and paper products. Access to Netflix was great for relaxing after active days on bikes and kayaking. We enjoyed the pool and were frequently the only ones at the pool. Again, thank you for your hospitality.

St. Simons Island is a small island with great beaches, a light houses Pier and the Village area. Bike riding is a favorite pastime along with site seeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
