This B&B is first class.

Sheri is a great hostess. It’s a beautiful historic home. The wonderful coffee is from a local merchant and the breakfasts were delicious and beautifully served. The suites were especially clean and decor was great. Don’t miss a chance to step back in time here in Hogansville Ga.

Wonderful getaway

Planned a three day getaway for the 4th of July as a surprise for my husband. Rose Room at Hogan House was the perfect place to explore the small towns in Georgia around Hogansville. The owner and her daughter are fantastic! Wonderful ambiance, scrumptious breakfasts, and beautiful gardens make this a gem worth visiting. Its close proximity to Atlanta is perfect, as well as the small towns surrounding it with antique shops and boutiques galore. Nutwood Plantation winery is a must stop in the area. We will definitely be back for a weekend getaway to see the fall gardens at Hills & Dales.

Beautiful home with excellent hospitality !

The home is just beautiful. The family is so friendly and helpful ! Visited Swan House, Little White House, and Providence Canyon.

Fantastic one night stay at this lovely property. Private rooms, great breakfast, nice folks. We stayed for a concert in nearby LaGrange and the owners even arranged for transport to and from the concert. Highly recommend

A Very Special Christmas

My wife Sharon, has been quite ill for the past year or so. As a result, she was unable to decorate, cook and do the things she normally enjoys doing at Christmas. As a Christmas present for her, I decided to look into booking our family a couple rooms at the Hogan House over Christmas. Due to Sharon's rather special needs I had to make some unusual requests of the owner to accommodate her during our stay. I must say that every aspect of our three day visit was handled in a most professional and first class manner. The owner(s) are from Australia so they bring a very interesting perspective...and unique cooking to a stay at this very fine B&B. Thanks to Sherry and her family, we had a most enjoyable time. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone who truly appreciates the unique experience, excellent service and most comfortable beds a B&B can offer. We live fairly close by the Hogan House, but our family agrees that there's no reason whatsoever to travel far and wide to find an excellent place for a getaway. We are very grateful for the care and special services provided by the owners to give my wife the best Christmas experience possible. She really enjoyed herself. I could ask for no more.

Although Hogansville is a small rural town we are close to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (45 minuites) and close the the bustling city of Atlanta (53 minuets to midtown). Walking distance from Hogan House is the historic downtown area, Antique shops, Blue train Books, Boutique shops, Station Coffee House, Fresh produce Market, Karvelas famous pizza, Victoria Belle Mansion, Eagle River Forge, The Warehouse, Brick & Hubbard pottery and unique gifts, Wrens Nest Pottery, art gallery, library. There is a historic home walking tour, self guided and maps are available at Hogan House and several of the downtown retailers.

We are a 43 minute drive from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and 53 minuets from midtown Atlanta. We are located on I 85 South exit 28. Once exiting head west towards downtown Hogansville and we are a short 2 miles form the exit. Our Steamboat Gothic Home is is on the right hand side, picket fence and sign out the front.
