This 2600 sqFt beautiful three-story 3 bedroom, 3.5-bath modern mountain home features 3.5 acres of outdoor space, two fireplaces, fire pit within the gated community loaded with various peaceful nature views. Take a 10-minute walk to the banks of the Coosawatee River, where you can go fishing, tubing, Kayaking, or have a picnic. Enjoy a fire in the wood-burning fireplace on the deck on a cool fall/winter day.
