Quiet 14 unit complex on the Intercoastal water Boca Ciega. Enjoy fishing off the dock. Watch the Dolphins and boats or dock your own boat.Million dollar view across the Intercoastal. Enjoy the stunnng sunsets with your favorite drinks.Pool and dock steps out the door. Best of both worlds on the Intercoastal and the Gem of the Gulf coast Treasure Island Beach just a minute away. Everything is close by. No traffic jams here.Best seafood around. Johns Pass, Water sports and Golf,theme parks all close by . Rib fests,sand sculptures and music on the beach. To many things to mention. Airport 1/2 hour.

Interaction with guests:Â Our clean staff will leave the doors open for you. Keys on table . Also lockboxes for late arrivals .Small dogs under 20 Paradise lbs usually accepted. No pets at the pool and dock area. Dogs must be walked on Paradise ln or in surrounding areas.
Great place nice staff. Love the atmosphere and the front desk had nice customer service experience. Will be very pleased to visit this place again.

Wonderful place to visit!!
We absolutely loved our rental. We even saw dolphins multiple times!! Would definitely rent again in the future.

Simply Awesome
Great location easy walking to beach and restaurants, grocery stores, great fishing from dock on property and a wonderfully equipped condo. Also pet friendly.
We will be back.

Nice Getaway
This one-bedroom condo was conveniently and pleasantly located on the intercoastal waterway and less than a mile from the gulf. It features two ground-floor entryways, making it very pet friendly. There is a heated pool in a roomy courtyard with beautiful tropical plants and trees. There is a nice dock on the intercoastal for sunning and fishing or docking small boats.
The only downsides were an internet router that is not enough to really serve a dozen condos properly, and tight parking that will challenge your driving skills.
My dog and I had a great time.

Relaxing vacation spot!
We loved this rental! The condo was cute and cozy, with a full kitchen and small living area w/ a futon, eating table, and bed room. The parking carport was a little tight, yet convenient with a back door access. The room was the second from the water, and from the bedroom window you can see the water. The pool and the dock were worthwhile. You can fish and watch dolphins and then jump in the pool! It is minutes away from food/stores. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact. We are a family of 3, with a toddler, and that was the perfect size for us, any more family members would've been a tight fit. We will definitely come back!

Nice quite, clean place, nice pool and dock. The dolphins where incredible. Nice place for a couple or single.

Island Hopper is available to pick you up outside your door to most destinations in Treasure Island. Tip suggestions will be posted in the vehicle.

Tampa International airport 1/2 hour away. Also a train station for Amtrak is in St Petersburg approx 20 minutes away. Parking for the unit is under the carport. A visitor spot is sometimes available also. Beach is approximately 2 minutes away by car. Beach trolley maybe available also a possible bus pass. Also UBER is a phone app away
