This apartment was not what we were expecting it is basically a mobile home sitting on top of a garage, it requires cosmetic updating, the decor is old and grubby which makes it feel dirty, there was not a picture of the property on the listing and I now know why, please request this before booking so you know what to expect, the decking area was not the best with nails sticking up, missing and loose spindle rails, definitely not child friendly as garden is open to the lake with no fence, it was overall clean and the beds comfortable, if it wasn’t for my brother staying with us I would have changed accommodation as it took a couple of days to feel safe, the sofa had been changed so not the same as the pictures but everything else was. I had to buy a cork screw as not one in the property and communication was very poor with the owners, I would not stay here again, if you gosh and are an outdoors person then this may suit you but be aware of alligators as there’s no warning signs at the property
