The location is amazing. The view from the lanai is breathtaking! We had a wonderful week. The weather was amazing. The beach is steps away (right across the street). The pool is really nice and plenty of chairs. The village is a 10 minute walk. The condo is secure with a gate to enter/exit. We will be back!

The location of the condo is great and has great views of the beach and water. Condo itself is spacious and layout is nice, but condo is dated. We are still trying to figure out the weird Clown picture on the wall?? The downfalls were (and I will add, I did not read the paper work or look at the welcome book as I should have which caused unnecessary questions to the owner). The condo sleeps 10 which 2 of the 10 would be on the very old, uncomfortable pullout sofa. We needed the pullout sofa as there was 8 of us and the 8th person (our son who was not supposed to come due to college) was a last minute guest that could only come for a few days. When we went to make the bed up for him, there was no sheets or pillow cases available. There is a plastic bin in the closet labeled "sofa sheets " but it was empty. When I contacted the owner, he said no sheets available due to the fact that there were enough beds to accommodate the 7 guests we registered for. I would have never even thought 1 additional guest within the condo limit was a big deal, but it was. Bottom line...we had to go buy sheets for the sofa bed. Not too mention, even though enough beds for the original 7, owner does not know what actual sleeping arrangements are and should make sure all supplies are available if needed. Then we come to the towel/washcloth situation! I asked owner if we could get more towels and washcloths. His response was that there were 8 towels and 8 washcloths already available. I asked if we could at least get more washcloths as 1 per person was not realistic. His response was that we could wash them ourselves...which again I stated was unrealistic unless we did laundry daily....laundry you must pay for which runs $4-$5 per load. We never received any additional washcloths so we went out and bought additional washcloths and some extra towels. I understand this is not hotel living, but the owner was not reasonable or accommodating. Our check in time was to be 3pm, but we could not get in until about 5:30pm that day as the cleaning people were still there. No concern or notification from the owner. Based on other stays at condos, this was the worst experience and will not stay there again. We knew other people staying at crescent Royale that booked directly through the condo rather than private owner and their experience was much better as the condo management office was very accommodating to their requests. I only had 2 requests...sheets for sofa and extra washcloths...neither was fulfilled and these requests seem very minor to me???

Our family had an amazing week. the front porch is has an amazing view of crescent beach and the ocean. Because it is directly across from the beach, there are no homes/ buildlings obstructing the view. We enjoyed sitting on the porch each evening! The condo has all of the amenities to enjoy a week at the beach. beach toys, chairs, towels are all available. the community pool is kept at mid 80's which is amazing. Secure gated location with covered parking space. The drum circle and the morning yoga are both directly across the street. We've enjoyed this condo 2 years in a row and hope to return soon.

We were fortunate to get this awesome rental and Richard was a pleasure to deal with. The location was perfect and the free trolley out front made it easy to get around. Will be back!

Would highly recommend this large condo for larger family gatherings. We had 10 family members with us and the layout of the condo made it very easy to stay for the week. There is a large porch where we gathered which has a full view of the beautiful, white sand beach which Siesta is famous for. It is located on the trolley line for the village (free and easy transportation). The beach - where we spent the majority of our time - also has fun, free activities like a Sunday night drumming circle and am yoga. The condo itself was very nicely equipped with everything needed for cooking, lots of extra pillows and towels - we especially enjoyed the dual coffee pots for our coffee drinking family. The closet full of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas was perfect. Our daughter's wedding (that is why we were there) took place on the beach just in front of the condo and the weather wonderfully cooperated with a beautiful siesta sunset as well. No complaints at all

Our family stayed here for a week in early March. The location, with the beach across the street and the town about 10 minutes walk away, was perfect for our family of nine. The large four bedroom condo never felt crowded. The kitchen, which was well equipped, made meal time easy and everyone was able to fit around the impressive dining table. The four bedrooms, three of them ensuites, were comfortable and the front enclosed porch was amazing! It was like having an extra room! The pool located in the complex is nice and private and was never too busy. We found all the neighbours very friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Keys and this condo was a big part of it. The beach across the street was perfect - the sand was as fine as sugar, never got too hot, easy to walk to and on and the water was great to play in. It is located right in the middle of the strip - easy to get to wherever you want to go. The view from the condo was wonderful and the seating in the condo was conducive to great family dinners and family time. The condo had enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us. There were plenty of towels to use and even a few towels to use at the beach. The water pressure was wonderful in the master bath but not so great in the other bathrooms...but we never ran out of hot water! The kitchen was very well stocked and it was easy to save money by making supper in the kitchen or on the grills down by the pool. Since we were there in the heat of summer, we did have a hard time staying cool in the condo during the day - we wished there was a fan in the living room since the couches were heat holders. The bedroom temps were fine during the night and the mattresses were comfortable. We would stay at this condo again - the location and amenities were well worth the price.
