This two story, 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home features a huge heated pool with spa and an incredible outdoor living space for relaxing to the soothing sounds of the pools water features or livening things up and entertaining your family and guests. The property is private and secluded from neighbors and surroundings by a wall. As you enter through the front door on the main level, you step into the family room furnished with comfortable sofas and equipped with a 75” flatscreen TV. Moving on through French doors, you enter into the dining area with seating for 6 and an open chef's kitchen with an additional breakfast nook for two over-looking the pool. The kitchen is equipped with 4-piece stainless steel appliances accompanied by various small appliances and cooking tools. Adjacent to the dining and kitchen areas, there is a living room perfect for reading or taking a rest while conversing with the appointed chef(s) of the night. Moving on further through the home, there are two guest bedrooms, which share the adjacent bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with queen size bed and has ample storage and walk-in closet space for unpacking and making yourself at home. The second bedroom, though slightly smaller, is furnished with a full size bed, small desk, and access to closet space. Secluded from the guest bedrooms and main living areas is the quiet owner's retreat area of the master suite. This large bedroom is furnished with a king size bedroom set and equipped with 55” flatscreen TV. Again, you will have access to ample space to unpack in the walk-in closet. The en-suit bathroom offers a frameless glass shower enclosure, his and hers sinks, and additional linen closet space. A unique feature of this master suite are the French doors leading out to a cozy balcony with seating for two overlooking the pool area and still within the screen enclosure. Follow the stairs down from the main living level to the beautifully remodeled downstairs living quarters. This forth bedroom is furnished with queen size bedroom set and beautifully finished en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom offers pool views and access directly out to the pool area via large sliding glass door. Down the hall there is a laundry closet equipped with extra large capacity washer/dryer and an additional half bath, which is accessible from the pool and outdoor areas. Moving outside to the pool and outdoor living space you will find plentiful lounging and seating around the pool and gas fireplace with flatscreen TV. With this space and a large outdoor kitchen, you may find yourself spending more time out here than inside. The house is located on the north end of SK, so there is easy access getting on and off the key as well as to grocery stores, Southside Village, Downtown and the new CineBistro movie theatre within the newly redeveloped SouthGate Mall. Other great things nearby: Watersports including paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, golf, mini-golf, Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum, cinemas, St Armand's Circle, art galleries, supermarkets, gourmet markets including Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Morton's, downtown Sarasota upscale shops, restaurants and galleries are all within a 10 minute drive. Horrible

The lazy incompetent and rude what he calls himself the property manager( if he’s a property manager I’m the Easter bunny) posted a video of things we never complained about he is a liar the hot tub never worked the pool guy never showed even though he was supposed to be there on Monday he didn’t show the broken dimmer switch that was broken in the kitchen he also didn’t show the holes around the screen surrounding the pool where the rat got in also he didn’t show the broken fridge downstairs the owners should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such a despicable person also the dogs are emotional support dogs. It clearly stated this property was pet friendly it did not mention a charge for pets. If this guy spent more time on doing his job instead of defending his incompetence they wouldn’t get such a bad review we took a video of the entire property before we left if you want we can post it . If the owners wanted to know the truth what this guy is not doing they should have the decency to contact us.

The video shows screenshots of the the emails sent with a list that I simply went straight through and showed on video. I am so lazy that I took the time and effort to go to the property, video the entire property, transfer to a computer, edit, and upload to completely obliterate such false claims. When you are 1 out of 8,000+ guests we served across all our properties this year alone.... It is called an outlier.

This family home is designed to be the most comfortable part of your Florida vacation, presenting a modern appeal that blends well with its cozy amenities, and because it is pet friendly, (for up to two pets) no one will be left behind when the adventures begin! The Treehouse stands on a wooded lot, its gray paneled exterior ensuring that it is no wallflower, and its many outdoor entertainment areas giving guests the quiet time to spend with nature they so desperately needed. Entering on the second level of The Treehouse, guests will step inside a space that instantly welcomes, showing off its soft sides at first glance. The family room is a cheerful space, defined by plush furnishings that are comfortable and inviting, and a 75-inch television that provides a picture so large and clear, guests often feel as if they have courtside seats at any of the Miami Heat games. A hint of Florida is revealed in the portrait of the white sand beaches and in the shape of the ceiling fan that helps keep this space cool. The second living area, this spacious home features two living areas making it a perfect choice for multiple families traveling together, is decorated with a modern style. A colorful abstract painting hangs over the fireplace which gives the space a romantic appeal while the sleek and modern sofas add comfort. The majority of the public spaces are in an open concept floor plan, allowing guests to feel connected even as they do their own things in each separate space. The kitchen peers out over the living and dining rooms, offering stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops in its sleek and contemporary space. This level is home to 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all offering views through the trees. Guest bedroom number 1 is a quiet and tranquil room anchored by a queen bed and offering access to the outdoor living section that makes The Treehouse a popular vacation home. Guest bedroom #2 features a full bed and a desk that is perfect for attending virtual meetings or online schooling. Both guest bedrooms on this level share access to a bathroom that offers a single vanity and walk-in shower. The master suite on this level is destined to be the space everyone fights to make their own. Offering a king bed with pallet style headboard, its own 55-inch television and an en suite bath that provides a dual vanity and walk-in shower, this space is a tranquil retreat from the harsh realities of real life. A private balcony with seating for two is where morning coffee can be shared and wine can be sipped as occupants look out over the private pool. Heading downstairs, the bottom floor of The Treehouse hints at treasures guests will have to see to believe. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, a bath with walk-in shower, and access to the pool area that we will talk more about later. A half bath on this level ensures that wet children don't have to run through the house to use the facilities, and a laundry closet with large capacity washer and dryer allow guests to pack light and save room in their luggage for all the souvenirs they purchase during their explorations! And now we come to what could arguably be called the best part of The Treehouse, the outdoor entertainment areas. We have mentioned multiple balconies and seating areas on the upper level, but down here is where the fun begins. A large crystal-clear pool surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs is the star attraction in the screened-in lanai and will be where a lot of the action takes place. But because we don't believe in the theory that less is more, the outdoor living area on this level is destined to be where many happy memories are created as guests relax in front of the outdoor fireplace, man the shiny barbecue grill as they char the catch of the day and devour meals prepared in either the indoor kitchen we visited earlier on or in the outdoor kitchen which just adds to your vacation experience!
