It will be love at first sight with our tiny Blue Oasis; her cerulean color with bright white trim tells you you have arrived in the tropics, and her welcoming front porch is just big enough for you to engage in the southern pastime of porch sittin’. Cool off inside where the bleached white wood brightens up the entire space. This tiny home offers three bedrooms. From the living room, two stair cases lead you to opposite sides of the home, where lofts with either a queen or a full sized bed await. Back on the main floor, our galley-style kitchen offers everything you need to make your morning coffee or evening meal. Very disappointed

I don't usually care to write negative reviews, but this experience left me with no choice but to feel others should be warned. We had no hot water, not even warm, for two days. I politely messaged the owner 4 separate times over the span of the first day. I rec'd. responses immediately when I asked about the door access code and later, the wifi password. But, it became clear that he simply didn't care bc he never responded to any of the requests for the status of the hot water. He had never responded to a couple of messages prior to arrival as well, like whether there was heat or not (since the night time temp. was expected to be in the 30's) so I gave up. The place was alright, but ruined our vacation bc we couldn't shower!

Problem resolved: Thank you for the honest review. The water heater has since been replaced. The original water heater was found to be an issue in this tiny house back in January 2018. A new Rheem on-demand unit was then installed and is working as it should. We apologize for the issue you encountered. Warm showers are in order. Thank you for your feedback.
