Beautiful lush tropical Palms in the you can enjoy the hammock under the palms in the backyard with a lot of outside seating and places to sit and have breakfast with your coffee or tea, with our tropical plants & Palm trees all over. Walk to Indian beach park for sunset & socializing with neighbors we also have the community borrow a book library at the beach, Walk or bike on Bay Shore drive to Ringling Museum, Bring Your Boat as the ramp is only a mile away and we have plenty of room for boat parking with a hose to rinse it off and flush out the motor with car and truck parking, it’s a very easy commune to centennial park boat ramp that can accommodate small and large boats. Walking distance to Starbucks. We have added a high end queen blow up mattress and can now accommodate 6 guests, we have upgraded the couches to super comfy Lazy Boy couch and love seat! 7 Day Stay City Rule Please Inquire for other options if needed. You can access the fully fenced privacy yard and you have the entire house to yourself. Indian Beach/Sapphire Shores is a high we end community with homes from $550k to $20 million dollar homes, take a stroll up bayshore along sarasota bay and view some of the best homes in the worlds and then reach the world renowned home of John & Mable Ringling that has now been turned into a world class Museum of Art, which showcases the global collection of the former circus magnate, as well as circus memorabilia. Adjacent Ca’ d’Zan is the couple’s opulent Venetian-style estate, built in the 1920s. Nearby Sarasota Jungle Gardens has flamingos & alligators & Indian Beach Park is popular for fishing, sunset views, Kayaking on Sarasota Bay, Stroll around & see some amazing 1 of a kind old historical homes and some very new and rare modern development and unique contemporary homes. Ringling art school is walking distance away if your coming to check out the school and or the dorms. We have a nice easy location with easy access to route 41 to go north or south. We do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can. We just ask to please take care of your home away from home like you would want yours to be taken care of. If you bring your pet please make sure to pick up after them as a courtesy for the next arriving guests, as this will help us keep allowing pets and not have to charge more money to hire a company to come and cleanup after your pets. This will help us keep making your home away from home stay in great condition for many years to come. We love to have our guests come back as much as they can.
