Our newest vacation home at the beach at Pointe Santo. Brand new to us, A3 boasts unsurpassed views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, beach level walk out has been beautifully remodeled and redecorated and is ready to welcome your family and friends. Walk out from the screened lanai and the beautiful sandy beach is only seconds away. You are invited to relax on the lanai or walk out through the lanai door for a short walk to the beach. If you have small children who nap, you can take a beach chair to the grass just outside the lanai door to enjoy the sun but you are still able to hear when they call. This condo sleeps 6. No pets and no smoking.

What a wonderful relaxing place!

Our stay couldn't have been better. The condo was beautiful, very clean, furnished with anything we could need and located close to the beach. The Pointe Santo complex is well kept and offers many amenties for both adults and children. Being older, we enjoyed the adult swim time and met many people during both the morning and afternoon time. I noticed the club house provides many activities for children. The grounds and beach are well kept and it is like a little slice of paradise. We had marsh rabbits in the bushes outside our door, ibis, ducks and a heron in the pond and lots of shore birds and pelicans to watch on the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Sweet spot

This ground-level condo worked perfectly for our group of 4. Super clean and comfortable. My elderly Mom loved the easy access to to the pool with no steps, and loved the heated pool as well. We all loved being so close to the beautiful beach and the sound of the waves at night with the sliding doors open. The area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful late at night and early morning The condo has everything you need to prepare meals. Plenty of room for everyone to kick back with the dining area, living room and lanai. Coffee on the lanai in the morning -- or better yet, steps away by the beach -- such a pleasure! Beds very comfortable, so important. Super handy to have bikes, SUPs etc delivered to the door! Everyone was very friendly and it felt 100% safe there. Easy and fast communication with the owner and management company. Highly recommend!
