Beautiful Vacation home on the Beachside of Sandestin Beach Resort in Beachwalk Villas. Luxuriously decorated and maintained. Free Wifi, DVR, access to Sandestin resort. Close to shopping and restaurants. On a beautiful lake with a serene and quiet view. Access to a heated pool in the community and pools around the resort. Master Bedroom with it's own bathroom. Guest bedroom with twin beds and it's own bathroom. Pullout sofa in den with half bath on main level. 2 story villa. Flat screen tvs and wifi throughout. Has it's own 4 seater golf cart to use on property. Comes with every rental.
Strict no pets policy.
This condo has all the comforts of home plus a golf cart. The bed was comfortable although the pillow case was a mite scratchy. Maybe that was just me! October is a super time to go and we enjoyed the back patio—even saw three deer!! Didn’t have any issues with anything and the price was very affordable—i would recommend.

Beautiful and peaceful place.
I loved this place. Beautifully decorated and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. In a great location and the use of the golf cart was a great perk.

One of the best places we have stayed in a long time
Great location in the village section of San Destin, we had a one bedroom condo that was excellent. You can walk to numerous bars and restaurants with fare from casual to elegant. 4 golf courses are within minutes as is the beach. Everything to do for everyone from golf cart rentals , bike rentals and wonderful pools and the beach is to die for.

Great stay!
Loved this place!! Clean and convenient!! We were here for a wedding at the SanDestin Hilton! Didn't even realize how perfect this condo was until we arrived. On Hilton Property we were even able to just drive golf cart to and from wedding! Super close to beach! Only thing I would change is I didn't realize we had wifi until our last night. Would love note for which wifi is there on the to do list. Otherwise loved it!!

Common mistake. The complex has wifi but unit has its own. Some people don't know to select the private one. It has the unit name on it. Sorry you didn't see it.

Had a great time! This unit was just what we were looking for! Golf cart was a definite bonus! The resort was even better than we expected! We would certainly consider staying here again!

Summer Vacation/ 29th Wedding Anniversary
We loved Sandestin Resort, it was awesome. You have everything there, beach, pools, restaurants galore, shops, fun stuff for all ages. We stayed at the Elastion in the Grand Complex, what an awesome place. We can't wait until next year!

Excellent Place
This was a great place to stay and was close to a very nice beach! It was a clean home and had several utensils and cookware. We had a great time and if we go back to Sandestin, I would definitely go back here.

Christy was extremely helpful and amazing to communicate with. Great place for a family to stay. Would definately stay again!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else
I go to Sandestin every year. I always request this unit. It is clean, has modern upgrades, and I love the back porch. I usually go with a group of people and we love how we don't have to fight a parking garage to get there. Just pull out front and park. Very helpful with arms full of groceries or suitcases. The bathroom were gutted two years ago and they are beautiful. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. We even use the pull out sofa when needed. Definitely a great place to stay.
