Beautiful house and property! We had a beach wedding nearby and wanted somewhere nice to stay for a few days in the area before going out of the country. So happy to have found Perfecto’s Retreat!

Perfecto's Retreat was such a nice peaceful place. The amenities are perfect and everything is well thought out. The rental has everything you need for a long weekend getaway or a whole weeks vacation. Stunning views day and night especially the sunsets. Short kayak away is your own little oasis of an island to relax on. Danny and his wife are so accommodating and friendly! Everything you need is very close, within 10-20 minute drive. We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Through a garden and into a clean, welcoming unit on the gulf intercostal. Kayak, sit, fish, relax! Danny and Yelana are wonderful hosts. Close to shops, restaurants and the beaches.

Returning Retreaters here! The guest house was *Perfecto* for this trip. The large island in the kitchenette area served as an optimum workspace with adequate overhead lighting, multiple outlets to charge electronics, large island to spread out all the paperwork, mini-fridge and coffee maker close by to retrieve a beverage, and the pool was steps away for a quick dip between phone calls. There is plenty of storage and I unpacked all our clothes into the wardrobe and bureau instead of living out of a suitcase for the week. The A/C felt wonderful and the remote is left in the guesthouse for our convenience. One evening we were too tired to do anything so we took advantage of the guesthouse's Roku TV and caught up on a Netflix series we were watching back home. I enjoyed laying on the couch with the lights off and opening the blinds to look out at the stars and the bay before retiring to bed each night. Every morning, my husband woke up and took a five minute walk up the block to the 7/11 for his morning coffee, roll and paper (the neighborhood is pedestrian friendly) then we both enjoyed sitting on the dock to watch the manatees, dolphins and beautiful birds hunt for their breakfast. My husband worked most mornings and I was able to relax poolside or in the beautiful new area which is shaded by Sun Sails. There's a picnic table and grill available as well, which we did take advantage of after catching a couple fish off the dock one evening. Treasure Island and Madeira Beach are just a quick car ride away and the beaches there are beautiful, the many restaurants delicious. When we left and arrived at the airport waiting to board our plane back home, we received a text from Southwest stating our flight had been cancelled. Not knowing what to do, we reached out to Danny and he offered us another nights' stay at the Retreat. They even had pizza waiting for us for dinner, and Danny went above and beyond and woke up early the next morning to chauffeur us to the airport! Danny and Yelena were Wonderful, Welcoming, Warm and Fun Hosts, and we are definitely looking forward to returning for a third trip! Thank you so much, you two make vacationing luxurious, effortless and fun!

Perfectos place is truly a great get away. The guest house has very comfortable queen bed, plenty of kitchen space to cook and prep meals, and a big tv room area. This place is perfect for a couple to stay, but could fit more if need be. The outdoor pool area is fantastic. The pool lounge chairs are great, the picnic table and grill area is awesome for early morning breakfast or evening drinks watching the sunrise or sunset looking over the water. We used the kayak and even saw dolphins! Danny and Yellana are the most gracious hosts. They provided everything we needed and more. They would interact as little or as much as you want, we are the social type so we enjoyed our drinks with them during a few of the evenings. Place is only 5 min drive to grocery store, 12 min to nearby beaches and all the best restaurants. Rental car recommended, otherwise Uber will get you around just fine. I loud recommend this place, 5 stars, and will be staying here again on our return to St. Pete!!

This spot is truly amazing! You can’t beat the views right outside your window. The suite was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is ideal in that it’s close to many beautiful beaches, restaurants and entertainment. We were able to take a quick ride to Disney (1.5 hrs away). We loved how quiet, and relaxing the location was. Definitely recommend this spot to any one looking to get away and would prefer a personal paradise over a hotel room. The owner is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We hope to be back again soon!

Perfecto’s retreat is an awesome secluded paradise worth visiting! If you are looking into St. Pete for vacation look no further. This is the place to stay! Great accommodations and amenities. Beautiful pool and an entry way to the dock over the water. The views are amazing and the hospitality even better! Our stay in November was awesome and we will be back! Definitely check it out!

The only thing I can say here is that I fully intend to return again & again! The hospitality extended to me on all my visits has been first class! And in the event I have had a question for Danny, he is almost immediately available. The ambiance is perfect and so wonderfully relaxing. I look forward to returning once again as soon as I can.

My family and I (myself, two adults, and three kids) booked this fantastic find only to find that it was even more perfect than we already thought it would be. Not only are the hosts super accommodating and welcoming, but their bungalow is beautifully appointed. It is clean, crisp, uncluttered, has functional modern furniture and decor, and a very functional kitchen. But, the best is yet to come, and it is outside! The large-sized pool, great pool furniture, lushly sculpted grounds, a grill, and bay views up the ante when it comes to this luxurious rental! And there is a dock and cozy seating at two spots with views of the water! Just minutes from clean, calm beaches, lots of shopping for whatever you might need, and myriad restaurants, I cannot recommend this place more! Perfecto's Retreat lives up to it's name: it is indeed perfect!!!! Thanks so much Danny and Yelena!!!

I booked Perfecto’s Retreat for my beach getaway and got everything I hoped for and more! The location is 2.8 miles from Pass-a-Grille Beach but, with the lighted pool and view from Perfecto’s Retreat, it was difficult to justify leaving this property for anything.The space is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We slept four adults comfortably on the queen size bed and full size futon, complete with bedding and linens. Towels were provided. The kitchenette was a perfect size and had new appliances (microwave, mini fridge, separate mini freezer). Perfecto’s is private, tropical, and the perfect space for a couple to relax. Luckily for those with business in the area, it’s worth the drive to get into the city and has a big tv for catching up on the days news and sports. I am recommending this place, highly.
