Beautiful FULLY furnished efficiency attached to this Private home with a fully fenced backyard shared with the owner in residence. St Pete Beach is 2 blocks away and the amenities come with beach chairs, towels and access on foot or by car. While the public spaces (yard and laundry) are shared it is a very safe, secure and private location. The private entrance on the East side of the home makes you feel worlds away! The owner is a long time resident of the area with a wealth of knowledge to enhance your vacation experience if you want any recommendations.
