Great house close to beach and short drive to downtown
We really enjoyed our stay house was clean pool was clean and very nice to have lose walk to the beach. We brought beach chairs however there are like 6 beach chairs in the garage it had tubs and a cart as well. The drive to downtown was like a 10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend this house and will be staying here again

Perfect Little Beach House

Amazing Little House
Perfect little beach house! Super-clean, and Glenn the owner is very attentive. This was our second time renting, and we will definitely be back!

Really nice pet friendly home a very short walk to the Beach!
We always travel with our dogs and most of the time have to settle for accommodations that are less than top notch. Avery’s Beach Bungalow is the exception. It is in top notch condition with very nice amenities. When we come Back to St. Augustine this is where we will stay.

How much is this house to rent I may need a place for 3 months do you allow a dog? I really like that area and my daughter is having a house built near by.

Close to the beach and town!
The beach was right down the road with easy access.
We enjoyed the wide open space and warm waters.
Beach was very clean and accommodating to families.
The house had an open concept and a well equipped kitchen. We had a great time!

Loved it!
We loved our stay and will definitely do it again next year at this house it was well furnished close to the beach easy access to everything downtown we just loved it .

My stay was very relaxing.
The location and house was very nice, close to beach and shops, restaurants. Enjoyed all the shops in St. Augustine. Had a great trip. Glenn was very nice and helpful. Thank you the Alford's.
