The house is the only ocean front house that sits on a double lot on the non-driving section of the beach. Built in 1936 the house embraces the history of Saint Augustine and old Florida Charm. The house is constructed of local cypress wood and contains the original floors. The house has a TV in every one of its 4 bedrooms (cable and wifi), a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), washer and dryer, a large pool and plenty of parking.
