This is an ultra quiet neighborhood parked right outside of the heart of downtown st. Augustine avoiding all of the noise & traffic. Less than a 4 minute walk from the house is Drake’s Deli – a local favorite – serving coffee, sandwiches, and more. El Potro Mexican Restaurant, (authentic Mexican food!) is just a three-minute walk. Right around the corner is Alms + Fare Wellness Bakery and Café. Across the street from the home there is a quaint local church. Endless relaxation, shopping, or historical exploration opportunities await you in St. Augustine – all just minutes from the house.
Getting around
A bit further from the home, (and a leisurely neighborhood stroll of 20-30 minutes) lies the heart of St. Augustine. Explore the numerous historic sites, such as the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, (the fort) or enjoy a glass of Sangria at Sangria’s Wine and Tapas Bar – all within walking distance. If walking isn’t your style, there is a parking garage in the heart of downtown, just 1.5 miles from the home, or you may use any of several rideshare options.
