3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with 30ft caged, solar heated pool and double garage in Rotonda West, a deed restricted community near Englewood Florida. Rotonda West is an established community with 5 golf courses (99 holes). The house is 5-10 minutes drive from any of the 5 courses. It was completed in 2006 and has all modern conveniences, the kitchen is a cooks dream. The house has been furnished as a second home for the owners, not a rental property. Every bedroom has its own TV, there is a full entertainment center in the Great Room with speakers on the Lanai. The Lanai has its own dining set and BBQ. The Lanai/pool area overlook Broadmoor Park, a scenic area for residents which was once a 9 hole golf course. Fabulous

Excellent home in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, functional, and well appointed. Very large master bedroom and bathroom. Other bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Pool was great for the kids. Trail and community pool within minutes. Amenities close by. Would highly recommend.

About the neighborhood
The House is situated within Rotonda West, a mature, Deed Restricted Community on Florida's Sunshine Coast. This a unique development based on an 8km wide 'cartwheel'; with canals around and forming the spokes of the wheel. 6 of the 8 segments have golf courses. The 8th segment is a state owed wilderness area bordering the Gulf. The other segment, in which our house is situated, backs onto a community park. The community has its own picnic/BBQ area and tennis courts. It is 20 minutes from the shopping mall and restaurants of Port Charlotte; 5 minutes from quieter Englewood, 10 minutes from beautiful Englewood Beach.
How to get there
Nearest Airports are Sarasota, North and Fort Myers, South, both around 1 hours drive. Tampa International is 2 hours North.
