Filthy Dirty!

I agree with the other 2 reviews. Filthy dirty, broken closets, broken blinds, broken toilet, ceiling fan came crashing down while we were there, dirty dishes, broken stove, spray along the wall, broken dining table, dirty towel hanging on hinge in the bathroom upon arrival, vape pen found in couch. I will never stay there again. Floor is disgustingly dirty. I have many pictures of all of the problems. Definitely not worth the money.

HORRIBLY DIRTY... DO NOT STAY HERE

This place is absolutely not worth the money I paid for it. Our stay consisted of a very dirty condo. Needs a deep cleaning. Pics are very misleading. There are TV wires everywhere, bedroom missing a ceiling fan with wires hanging out of the ceiling. Closet off track and won’t close correctly, cabinets are very dirty, there was dirty dishes put away in the cabinets, stuff all over the walls, floors are very dirty, stove is broken, dishwasher does not work properly, bathroom is moldy and needs to be cleaned. I paid too much for this condo to be this nasty. Beds are very uncomfortable. Blind is broken. The only good thing is that it is on the beach and the air worked. Pool is closed off from the beach. This condo is grossly overpriced. DO NOT rent this unit. I will NOT be returning. I have never written a bad review before but this place was ridiculous.

Gorgeous view but not a comfortable stay

View is great! Master has two queens which is odd and extremely uncomfortable my back my not recover. The toilet was broken and extremely difficult to stop it from running constantly. The closet door was broken and wouldn’t close. The two beds made it very difficult to walk back and forth from the bathroom. The oven hinge was broken and I nearly burnt myself trying to put if back together just so I could close the oven. Very disappointing as we spent a lot of money to stay here. I have stayed at other units at this condo and had great experience. I will never stay at this unit again.

Nice But...

We travel to the Gulf Coast between 30A and Gulf Shores on a regular basis several times per year. We were looking for a smaller complex in a quiet area so it would be easy to keep up with a 2 year old and 4 year old without crowds. This place fit the bill. BTW Perdido Key is great for a quieter area as long as you are not close to FloraBama. Here are my plus and minus points. We rented through Luxury Gulf Rentals. Plus: 1. Small Complex, not high rise 2. Furniture was very nice 3. Condo appeared to have been somewhat updated - granite, new furniture. 4. A full laundry room which helped with storage as well 5. Nice Balcony and view. 6. The bathrooms were clean 7. Great air conditioning Minus: 1. The floors were so dirty our socks/feet were black. It had not been mopped and we had to clean it so the kids could play on the floor 2. One of the 2 queen beds had sand in it so it had not been changed 3. The bathrooms are small, adequate, but really small 4. OLD appliances and tubs/showers 5. Pool is too deep for young children - not kid pool or area 6. board walk has two levels so 2 sets of steps to maneuver with your stuff and very hard with beach wagon and kids 7. Rental Agency was okay, they were responsive but didn't seemed overly concerned and my pet peeve was their cancellation policy
