This condo is under construction and NO AMENITIES ARE AVAILABLE! No pool, and you cannot even open your balcony doors. I am here now and did not see this warning in the fine print or I never would have considered staying here. On arrival, there was a nasty stain on the master bedroom comforter and the headboard was completely disconnected from the bed. We also noticed the ice maker was broken. The host did send three different people to fix these issues. After that, we realized the oven was broken and did not work and the satellite box to the TV also had to be replaced because it was broken. The Jacuzzi tub button was broken and did not work which the previous guest had informed them about but nothing was done to fix it before we arrived apparently. The dishwasher leaks all over the kitchen floor. Small black bugs in master bathroom. Half of the dishes were put in the cabinets dirty, probably because the dishwasher does not work properly. Instead of walking onto the balcony in the morning, we literally woke up to 3 construction workers right outside the bedroom window STANDING ON OUR BALCONY and able to look right in the bedroom!! We’ve only been here 2 days, so I’m sure there will be more to update on. I would absolutely not consider this property at this time.

Gorgeous unit with great location, amenities
Wonderful condo with the best location! The bedrooms are HUGE with really comfortable beds, TVs and attached bathrooms. You could be at one end of the place and not hear anything going on at the opposite end. Enormous living room with gigantic cozy couch and a big TV with a great sound system for when we played music. Private dining on the wrap-around balcony along with plenty of chairs for sunning or people watching. Or you can eat inside in the sit-down kitchen. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed (double oven, separate ice machine, wine refrigerator and a coffee maker were key). Easily got wifi throughout the place. The master bathroom had a steam shower and a Jacuzzi tub. My favorite touch was the chaise lounge in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom. We called it the cruise ship view since we sat there in the morning with our coffee and watched the dolphins swim in the ocean. The other amenities were great too. Easy access to the beach, beautiful pool, fitness room since we worked out in the morning because we knew we would earn our calories. I heard someone say that you had to have a key fob to get everywhere which is exactly what I wanted since I don’t want random people wandering up. Three minute walk to Waffle House and Florabama but positioned so we heard very little noise. Really beautiful unit with easy check-in. Will be staying here every time I come to the Gulf Coast since it’s perfect for a big group of friends (party at the Yacht Club!) or family (great kitchen, plenty of beds, privacy, safety).

Unfortunate management decision
Just returned from staying in this unit with my family of 8. It is so unfortunate that Luxury Gulf front property does not provide an adequate number of key faubs for this otherwise lovely condo. It’s a deal killer for us as it is a tremendous inconvenience on a 6500 week condo rental. It’s simply Absurd not to be given enough key access to relax without constant communication with one another not to be locked out or in order to get off the beach and back up the elevator into this building. This would have been a 5 star review based on both the condo and the building itself, but instead it’s a two because it was a constant issue for 7 day. Claiming to sleep“12 people “ and providing THREE key fobs is so ridiculous it requires little explanation other than to say that we are not fond of traveling in pairs of partners las If we are at camp.
Prior to beginning the rental I called specifically to ask if there were plenty of keys provided. I was told by a female employee at Luxury that we would have 5. I was immediately concerned and voiced my desire for more. However, Upon arrival we found only 3. After calling to complain ( spoke to the same same female ) we were given one additional faub a few days before departing. Unacceptable.
There are many units that rent in this building and two other families shared that they were given 6-7 key fobs. Much better.
I would recommend renting an alternate unit at The Mediterranean, and if it is through Luxury Gulf front
You should verify the number of fobs you’ll be given prior to your vacation. This rating Should be a 5 - ideal location and beautiful place but this inconvenience is not worthy of a nice vacay.
My Rec to the property management group is - charge for extra fobs if necessary!! after paying Thousands we would be glad to pay a nominal fee for adequate and convenient access to the pricey condo we rented.

Fantastic View
Being it was December, it was cold, but the view was awesome. Close to restaurants, bars, and easy to get around. Must come back here during warm months to really enjoy the beach. The office staff was very nice and helpful.

Thanksgiving Getaway
The unit is very large which was great for my family of 12. The bedrooms were adequate with tired bed covers and tired pillows. The bathrooms were nice and large. The kitchen is equipped with great appliances but the pots and pans looked old and not very clean. The living room was large but didn’t have enough seating for everyone requiring us to use dining room chairs. The biggest issue was the lack of lighting. We even had maintenance come to replace bulbs but there was still inadequate lighting at night except in the kitchen. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful and my grandchildren swam everyday. The condo had a very commercial personality. . . almost industrial.
