Complex has 540' of beach, 2 Full-Size Swimming Pools one is heated in cooler months, Children's Pool, Game Room, Saunas & Exercise Facilities, Small Washer and Dryer in the unit, RV & Boat Parking across the street, 24-Hour Security. Great family oriented complex. Complex requires at least one renter to be 21 years old (responsible adult for entire party.) All linens and towels (except beach towels) are provided. Maid service is not provided on a daily basis. The association charges $25 during check-in for a parking pass and wristbands.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Great location and the weather was perfect. Took the boat to shell island had a wonderful time there. Can't wait to go back.

Family beach trip
We had a great time. Room was perfect for us. The pool was great and it's right on the beach. Would def recommend! Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in out out was quick and easy. We will be staying at room 104 again.

Great Place.
This condo is a beautiful place. Just steps away from the grill, pool and the beautiful beach. Our family had so much fun . We definitely would recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing vacation at an amazing condo in Panama City. Regency Towers Is a great location with very friendly staff. Without a doubt I will be back.

Amazing vacation
Our annual summer PCB vacation was amazing. Regency Towers room 104, although does not directly face the beach, there are still beach views. Bottom floor room with great service. Owner was very quick with responding to questions. Best vacation to PCB ever. Definitely booking this same room for next year.

Thank you for the nice review. I do enjoy having repeat guests who take good care of the place, thank you. Even I wish the unit had a front beach view, but I do enjoy the convenience of a ground floor unit without the long waits for an elevator.

The best weekend ever!
What a great weekend and it all started in Room 104. The room is not directly on the gulf, but it is just around the corner. Across from the room there is a deck with picnic tables and BBQ pits. We were able to hang out out there till all hours and just relax and have fun. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room. The owner had plenty of towels for us to use. The kitchen is a good size and we had plenty of room to roam. if u are a big family and you want to have fun and enjoy each other, this is the place to do it.

Great Vacation
The home was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay at this home it was big enough for all of us (6 adults 1 child). Even though the tournament we went there for was canceled we still enjoyed our stay. The access to the beach was great and we really enjoyed the other amenities that Regency Towers offered such as the grill and the jacuzzi. Chuck was excellent he was there when we arrived gave us a tour of the place and showed us where everything was. We didn't have any problems with him as far as deposit, paying him or leaving the property. We will definitely rent this place again if we ever come back to Panama City Beach

Great First Panama City Beach Trip
This was my families firs trip to Panama City Beach. The Regency Tower was really nice. The unit is on the first floor of the south side of the building which was perfect. It was just a few steps the pool deck, beach, shuffle board, and outside grills. It was also away from the traffic and noise of the pool. The unit was perfect size for my husband and 2 teenagers. The unit was clean and modern. Only complaint was the new change in internet service which now has to be paid for by unit. Regency Towers is only short drive to PC Beach central.

This unit is located in a large complex directly on the Gulf. It is on the east end of the beach in a quiet area with a four lane road providing great access. It is located near St. Andrews State Park, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Places to rent boats, book day fishing trips, and golf are within a five to ten minute drive. Parking is $25 with a parking pass for one car to be parked within the complex. If a second car is brought there is overflow parking across the street with separate payment..
