Not impressed
Book the condo is the name of the company that books the condo and they were good. The resort itself we were far from impressed. There's a gate code for absolutely everything onsite and its annoying. It is NOT that nice of a building to need a code to come from the beach, get to the pool, to pull into the parking structure, or get in the building itself. The staff was rude during check in. We had to "rent" a cart for our belongings. And the elevators! Oh my the elevators were the worst I've ever been on. Waited 30 mins to go down to the beach about every day. We will not be going back to this resort. The actual condo we stayed was ok. It needed some work here and there. The curtains were gross and the floor left our feet black and we weren't even there an hour yet. We expect sand and some dirt but this was disgusting. We bought a mop ourselves and the picture was after mopping a small part of the floor. It was a decent condo just needs to be updated and some work. I wish it had better sitting options in it then hard chairs. And cleaner floors!
