About the neighborhood
The neighbourhood is very friendly and safe.
Kingston Beach is 2 minutes drive away (10 minutes walk). There are a few Cafes and Bars around there.
Channel Court Shopping Centre is 5 minutes drive away (less than 30 minutes walk). You can buy groceries at Woolworth's which is usually cheaper than Coles.
You will find Indian, Chinese, Thai takeaways and Pizza in the Channel Court Shopping Centre.
How to get there
Head towards the Southern Outlet from Hobart Town. From the Southern Outlet follow the road signs towards Kingston (stay on the extreme left lane). Head towards Roselyn Avenue. On Roselyn Avenue turn left after you pass the Saint Aloysius school. The Accommodation is the property you see straight ahead when you turn into Mirramar Park with the orange tiled roof and double carport. Please note that the navigator might take you to the back of the property (not the entrance).
