This home is ideally situated in the popular Hampton Lakes resort, which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Hampton Lakes is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wide World Sports, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the community, there are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court, 2 children's playgrounds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or a 5-minute drive will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

We use a highly recommended locally based management company with friendly 24-hour support to our guests. Whether you are a seasoned Florida visitor or contemplating visiting "the magic" for the first time, we believe that we can satisfy all of your vacation needs.
Notes:
Using pool without heating is free. Pool/Spa heating is optional $30 a night for the entire stay. Grill rental is optional $63/week. The price quoted online doesn't include this fees. We will send you a payment request after booking if you like to add any of them. Please let us know at least a few days before arrival.

It was very spacious . The only small downside was the game room and maybe it could use DVD players . But I would recommend it to everyone. It's much cheaper than a Hotel and the neighborhood was very quiet .No one bothered us. The Grocery stores were near . But over all we had a Wonderful stay

Great Place with lots of space
Game room is very outdated and has no A/C in there. Pool table was missing pool balls and pockets were ripped out. Foosball table didn't have a ball either. The beds were very nice and so were all the linens. Pool was very nice and lots of outdoor furniture. Great location easy to get around.

it really was huge
The swimming pool was so good. I was disappointed that there were only 2 private bathrooms; the third was shared and 2 others were hall bathrooms. The kitchen was low on utensils and dishes. Could have used larger tables. Disney World was closer to 30 minutes away than 8 minutes away. The house was laid out well and served us well overall.

Thank you for the review. Yes, taking a dip in the large sparkling private pool and relaxing in the hot tub SPA after a long day in Disney parks are always the best. Yes, this is a huge house with almost 4000 SF. The 5 full bathrooms all have a private door to a bedroom. We have added a picture of the nice layout to the site. The kitchen supplies are enough for a 7 bedroom home. But for a large family staying for a week, might need to run the dishwasher more often. Additionally it's "8 miles to Disney main gate" as shown on the site, NOT 8 minutes. Sorry you got the units wrong :). Depending which park headed to, it might take longer. Just like to clear it up.
