The spacious open-plan, loft style living room features a cozy area to comfortably seat everyone with a 65" smart TV. We have a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and top of the line kitchen appliances to whip up a snack or feast, plus a handy breakfast bar for 3. We have a beautiful dining room, perfect for a relaxing evening with family or friends or a romantic dinner for 2. BED & BATH You will love the sumptuous king-sized leather bed, 60" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and huge master bathroom with oversized soaking tub and large walk in shower. The guest wing includes two bedrooms featuring a king room and two full beds in the other room. Both of these rooms have hybrid mattresses, Smart TVs and quality linens. All bedrooms have overhead fans. The separate family bathroom has a large walk in shower. OTHER FEATURES No Check In line. Large south facing furnished balcony Smoking and pets are NOT allowed **We are very excited to announce the opening of our new East Side Pool amenities at Vista Cay Resort. The new amenities include two brand new pools, a hot tub, new pool bar, a kid’s splash pad, a fire pit area and lots more. There is a map of the resort with the location of the new East Side Pool attached in the listing pictures. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are going to start and will take place from mid-September 2024 to the end of January 2025. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate. DIGITAL GUIDE We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall. LOCATION Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants. MANAGEMENT Your Vista Cay is a small, friendly & professional management company. We are based on Vista Cay Resort and always available to assist you. We aim to make your stay the best possible, so don't hesitate to contact us at any time with any needs you may have before or during your stay. Our Vista Cay Florida vacation was simply AMAZING!
We had an amazing time in Florida staying at Vista Cay! Lin and Geoff were so pleasant and helpful! The condo was impressive and very roomy! My husband can't wait to book next years trip through Lin at Vista Cay!

Comfortable condo in Convenient location
Condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Grocery, restaurants, & pharmacy within walking distance to condo.

Would highly recommend!!
Fantastic top floor condo. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and generous bedrooms. Very peaceful location and we were completely unaware of any neighbors. I was attending a Convention and pleased to find it was just a 15 minute walk from our condo. My family visited the parks and they were all close by. The location couldn’t be more perfect! Clubhouse with gym, games room for the kids and 3 separate pools. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to the condo again next year.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones del resort. El departamento esta nuevo, limpio, amplio y con todo lo necesario para estar con la familia. Muy cercano a las principales vías para disney y malls, ademas de supermercado y farmacia caminando. 100% recomendable y volveria al mismo lugar. Javier Galvez
