The den, just off the kitchen is a cozy hideaway with queen pull-out sofa and a handy work desk. BED & BATH 3 bedrooms with top quality mattresses, luxury linens, smart TVs and ceiling fans. The master suite has a king bed, walk in closet and vast en-suite bathroom with his n her vanity, garden tub, walk in shower and screened toilet. Guest suite has a Queen room and a third bedroom with 2 double beds to accommodate 2 adults or up to 4 small children (under 12). The guest bedrooms share a family bathroom. Now that the East Side Pool amenities have opened, the renovations to the main resort pool, hot tub and pool bar are going to start and will take place from mid-September 2024 to the end of January 2025. The Clubhouse including the Gym, Gift Shop, Park Tickets Concierge, and Games Room will remain open at this time. We have discounted our rates to compensate. DIGITAL GUIDE We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall. LOCATION Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants. MANAGEMENT Your Vista Cay is a small, friendly & professional management company. We are based on Vista Cay Resort and always available to assist you.
