I truly feel the owner wasn't aware of these issues until we brought them up. After checking in we found the sheets in the one room were not washed and were covered in hair. We went to make dinner and found the dishes needed washed before we could use them. There was caked on food on the pots and pans. I brought these issues up to the owner and He was very apologetic and found that the cleaning crew had not made it in there. The bedroom with the twin beds ceiling fan was broke and would not turn on. We then lost the AC in the middle of the night and woke up to the condo at 83 degrees. I tried the numbers in the book that was provided and the main number was disconnected. I called the other number and had to leave a message on the voice-mail. I made 3 calls to the maintenance office and never got a call back. I contacted the owner and they were able to get the AC fixed. The condo really needs a deep cleaning due to the thick dust on the decor. I feel that the management and cleaning crew failed the owners. They need to be held accountable for the issues and not the owners. The owners were on top of the issues we had and were willing to make things right. I would stay there again.

Loved this place but the owners need to give it a tiny more care
We took our family and friends and thoroughly enjoyed this condo! Excellent location! This condo is very nice, very clean and we would stay here again. NO KIDDING!
My only suggestions is to the actual owner, the ceiling in the master had leaked at some point and could use some paint. The balcony was covered in green mold and had not been cleaned. Look, we are from the same sort of climate so bleach water goes a long way on our own property. The welcome manual book says absolutely NO SMOKING yet there was an ashtray on the balcony. These small suggestions should NOT sway your visit! This condo was clean and loved by the owners. Thank you for a great property!

Excellent Condo !!
Brought my family down for a week's vacation at Disney. This condo was more efficient than a hotel by far. Kids loved the pool. Condo was clean. Spent my second week for work, and it saved us $$ compared to renting each employee a hotel room. Will use again next year !

Perfect Place to Stay
This is our second time staying at the condo. It is the perfect spot. The drive to Disney is faster than waiting for a Disney bus and getting to a Disney hotel plus there is plenty of space. Dana is amazing at responding to any inquiries almost immediately. We will definitely be back next year.

Wonderful stay
Place is beautiful and really close to Disney. Kids loved everything about it. Will definitely be choosing this one again when we return.

Really amazing experience!! Had everything! We just bought groceries and beach towels. Other than that, it is all ready for you to enjoy!!

Clean but the bathrooms need to be updated..
Overall the condo was very nice and clean.
I do feel that the bathrooms need to be updated. The bath tub in one of the washrooms was not draining properly..
The kitchen was amazing everything you needed was there, from pots and pans to every utensil you needed to enjoy a nice meal was available.
We really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend this condo to other as well.

Clean, comfortable, close to the club house
Nice, clean and very comfortable. The condo was ready when we arrived. The kitchen counter is separating and could use replacing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for trips to Disney
Great location if you plan on hitting the theme parks. Close to clubhouse pool. Plenty of cookware to prepare meals for the whole family. In need of a few renovations / repair to flooring.
