Highly recommend this property! Great location, Very close to Grocery stores, Target and the the mall. The property was very clean upon arrival. There is also free parking if you rent a car. The owner is very nice and helpful. If there is anything you need he is very quick to bring things to you or reply to any questions you may have. I personally stayed at the property to recover from elective surgery. Not only was David very kind and understanding he is also a medical assistant with many years of experience which was a plus in my situation. The studio is very clean and very well-equipped. There are towels if you wish to use them, kitchen appliances and toiletries. I will definitely be returning to rent out the Beach house property for vacation!

The location is great, close to all amenities and beautiful beaches of Miami. Owner is super friendly and helpful by providing you with list of must-see visiting places, providing supplies immediately upon requested, etc. He may let you borrow his bikes if you like to. Would come back

David provided a great, clean, quiet place to stay and a great experience which was made even better with the loan of a bicycle to explore the area. There are local cycle paths and parks and Nature reserves. Very good restaurants and bars nearby. Starbucks 2 min walk. This was a great positive experience and I will definitely return as soon as I can.

Very convenient, calm, quiet and peaceful. Neighborhood is nice and in close proximity to grab a bite, hang out and get additional supplies or items you may need. Apartment is comfortable and cozy. David was extremely nice and helpful, ensure you have all you need and will go the extra mile for you. I had a great stay and would stay here again and again. When next I visit i’ll definately take my spouse and recommend it to friends and family.

After discovering Miami Beach Homestay I will never again rent at any conventional hotel. Every positive review you read is 110% accurate. David is an amazing host! From my first phone call through the end of my stay he made me feel welcomed, comfortable and at home. He accommodated every need in an utmost professional manner. David changed my perspective on “Miami people”, after experiencing so many negative, troublesome encounters at multiple local hotels and businesses. He was respectful, honest and friendly. His focus and interest is the client’s needs, not the business’s profit. He was genuinely caring and reliable. He was readily available at all hours without fail. The unit itself was cozy, homey, super clean. The kitchenette had everything your own at home would have, and more. Nothing like a hotel! I felt as if I was in my own private apartment the entire time. Anything necessary (and more!) you can find within the unit. It’s centrally located and easily accessible. I would recommend Miami Beach Homestay a million times over before recommending any hotel in Miami! I will stay there over and over again!

We visited Miami for 7 days and had a pleasant stay for the whole time. The Studio is a good choice if you are not planning the typical beach-vacation, but if you want to do day trips. If you rent a car, this is a great place to stay. You can park right in front of your house, no stressful searching for a parking lot. It's 2minutes to Biscayne Blvd. From this main road you can easily reach every spot you want to reach. The Studio itself is clean, well equipped and has everything you might need (Air conditioning,towels, wifi etc.). We haven't been at home a lot, so the size of the studio was okay for us. If you want some more space, look for the second studio at this address. David had shown us the second one, and it's beautiful. By the way, David is the reason for the fifth star. Great service, easy communication and a big help to find the good stuff to do in Miami. He's a good guy.

I can't say enough about how much David cares for this place, but also for his guests. He constantly goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfactory experience. it shows in his interactions during the reservation process, as well as when checking in. Then, upon entering the studio, it shows even more in the way he presents it. It was clean, fresh, and a lot of new things were evident, as if I was the first guest. Throughout the stay, he was readily available and even checked in to make sure everything was going well. He was extremely flexible with my changing schedule, too. If you are going to be in this area, you've got to stay here. It's got all you need and very close to a lot of things. David exceeded my expectations and I hope to be able to stay here again while in the area. Thanks so much, David!!

We were staying in David’s place for one week in March. David was waiting for us when we arrived. It felt exhaustingly warm, and was a great surprise that the place had efficient AC. The place looks exactly as in the pics, and was clean and tidy. We did not spend too many days in the beach, but there were plenty of towels, which made it possible to change one daily. The flat has a cooking option, but the stove was very inefficient (took long time to boil small amount of water) but the microwave worked well. Flat also has a nice balcony, which offers shelter from both rain and sun. This place is located reasonable far from the major beaches, which can be reached through public transportation or by own car. The location is not perfect, but this is also reflected in the low price. Dress for Less and TJXX are located in walking distance (20-25 minutes each way). Target and Publix are nearby. David was a flexible and excellent host, and he was available whenever needed. I recommend!

Cozy, small apartment very clean with bright colors, which for the price is a good choice. Its owner is a kind person willing to help with whatever you need. While the neighborhood at first did not seem so nice, it's quiet. The internet connection is slow. I recommend it
