Thistledew is a lovely two bedroom riverside bungalow with its own mooring, situated in the delightful village of Brundall.
The bungalow comprises of two bedrooms (one double and one twin). Bathroom including bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet. Well equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave and electric cooker. Lounge/dining area leading onto a veranda and patio area. Decking at front and back of property with patio furniture. Lawned garden leading to attractive river views.
Oil fired central heating and electric all included.
Bed linen and duvets included.
Ample off road parking.
Bookings will only be accepted by the owner from Saturday to Saturday.
Beautiful stay at Thistledew, Lesley was nothing short of perfect as a host. The accommodation was spotless, the views from the river are breathtaking & we felt so relaxed and rejuvenated from our week away.

Stunning location
Lovely cottage , great location on the river . Very clean and well kitted out in the kitchen. Very enjoyable stay .

Calm and relaxing
Our accommodation was simple but smart, comfortable and clean. The domestic aspect of Thistledew was all that was required in a holiday chalet with all electric facilities including microwave The young lady/owner: Lesley was extremely pleasant and obliging. We have no regrets for making this last minute booking. Ideal for fishing, and if you wish to hire a day boat while staying there it has a convenient and safe mooring jetty.

Very comfortable chalet.
We were lucky to get in here at late notice and just managed to get the last available week in July. Chalet very spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy with ample pots pans etc. Very large parking area. Nice garden with decking and lawn. Fishing quite good although a Pike was lurking to get the fish off your line. A very friendly duck visited every day and ate from your fingers, just watch out or she'll walk in! I would recommend this chalet. Lesley the owner is friendly and helpful.

Relaxing
Stayed here for the second time, weather wasn't great but had a lovely time, very clean and the owners are very helpful, fishing is excellent as well . Would defo recommend

The perfect place for a tranquil and relaxing holiday! The rental has all the amenities you could need as well as a cozy and homely feel! V impressed with the large drive which meant we could turn around and unpack the the car with ease (this has been a problem at previous rentals). The weather was kind on our stay which meant that we were finishing nearly every afternoon, and (either we were getting v good with all the practice) or there was just a lot of fish to be caught! With regards to booking the holiday, nothing was too much trouble for Lesley. She really was kind and bent over backwards to ensure the holiday met our requirements, including bringing Murphy the dog. Would recommend Thistle Dew to all of my friends and anyone looking for relaxing and comfortable stay on the Norfolk broads.
