Get ready to experience a little slice of heaven! This Beautiful 1 bedroom-1 bath beach condo with panoramic views of New Smyrna Beach, provides the perfect beach vacation! Updated end unit on the 3rd floor which is the top floor of this boutique beach condo decorated with beach décor. The unit features comfortable furnishings, tile and newly added hard wood floors and overlooks the pool and beach. Comfortable King sized bed in master bedroom with large walk-in closet. Unit also has a queen size sleeper sofa with extra mattress padding provided so the unit will sleep four people. The condo is very clean and has it's own separate outside entrance. Oustanding condo in a fabulous location
This condo is wonderful. It has every convenience of home and is very open and inviting. It is location in a great location close to everything. It was very clean and well kept. I loved all the windows and great views of the ocean. my family can't wait to go backck.

Amazing View, Amazing Condo, Amazing Property
Coming from Minneapolis in January this was an great place to stay. From the condo there are amazing views of the ocean and pool. The condo is very comfortable, nicely decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. I was really impressed with the property/grounds as they are very well maintained. I also liked that there is a 7-11 right across the street and restaurant within walking distance. There is also a park right next door to the property w/ basketball and raquetball.

stunning spot
A combination of one and two bedroom apartments around a central pool with steps straight down to the beach. Grounds are well maintained, everyone is friendly and lovely clean apartments. Within easy reach of shops and amenities. We have been going to the same place for over 30 years now and always have a wonderful time. It feels very spacious as its only 3 stories high and with large grounds.

Ocean View in Paradise
My fiance and I stayed at this condo for the second time in New Smyrna Beach in November and it is a great place to get away. This condo is oceanfront and so you can look out the window with nothing blocking your view of the ocean. It has a nice beachside get away type of feel with how it is decorated and the bed is very comfortable. My fiance really loved the sound of the waves crashing into the beach. The pool is nice and seemed like it was your own private pool as only 1 other couple was out there. There is a very cool bar just a couple block walk down the beach call Chases on the Beach. Seating on the deck with an outside bar and then a separate bar that had many Tv's for your sports intake. Kitty corner across the street is an amazing restaurant called "so Napa" that has great martini's/wine and all the food is good. Their bread is awesome! Played golf at New Smyrna Beach Golf club and the rates are very reasonable with good ability to get a tee time last minute. Down the road in the Flagler avenue area is a fantastic sub shop called Manzano's. Fresh cut subs with Boar's Head Meats... Yum! Flagler ave has tons of shops, small local bars and places to see. A couple other local unique bars are Moe's and Beachside Tavern (They have live music here and it is pretty fun local place, love the rhino head).

Ocean View Condo
Very nice condo with all the comforts of home. Beautiful views of the ocean and swimming pool. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need. Extremely comfortable king size bed in a spacious bedroom. 2 brand new color HD Tv's and a iPod/iPad player. The grounds are very well kept and the condo was spotless. Everything you need is within walking distance. My family and I stayed here for a week and have already rebooked for next year!

clean and quite with a view
This unit was wonderful, we could see the ocean from every room in the condo. We could hear the ocean, not traffic. The King size bed was very comfortable. The property is being well taken care of. This unit was very clean and furniture comfortable. They were painting the exterior while we visited. The pool is nice with lots of seating, and the surfers were right outside our condo. (There is public beach access and parking for surfers right next door.) Michelle was very easy to deal with, and helped us through the rental process, helped with our questions.

Great rental
Positives-Clean unit, everything you need, extra pillows, all kitchen supplies. Extra pillows and blankets, plenty of towels. Master bed is very comfortable! Staff is helpful, maintenance guys are so nice, right on beach and the access to beach. Location is great, right across street from 7-11, half mile from shops, and 1.5 miles from grocery, and Flagler Ave. View of the beach from every room. Elevator/luggage rack to help with carrying up everything.
Negatives- No W/D in unit for long stays. Coin machines only. Pull out sofa sleeper in unit is a joke, no one wanted to sleep on such a bad mattress, it was like sleeping directly on springs! My guest had to sleep on floor which was embarrassing. Views are great, but in living room you have to overlook the roof of the dirty one story building between you and ocean which was disappointing.

As far as the sleeper sofa mattress, it is difficult to find one that has a comfortable mattress (we looked at many) however, we have purchased and supplied a very comfortable foam mattress topper to place on top of it, which many of my guests have slept on with no complaints. It is located in the small closet in the Master bedroom. My apologies if you didn't see it and that your guest had to sleep on the floor.
The maintenance team typically does a great job of keeping the roof of the nearby building clean and I don't think it distracts from the beautiful panoramic views of the ocean that you mentioned earlier. Again, we appreciate your comments and will make sure future guests know where to find the mattress topper for the sleeper sofa. Thanks!

A GREAT place to stay!
The condo was great. We had everything we needed And more. I appreciated the beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The view couldnt have been better, and Jodi was a dream to work with in planning and helping with our Sunday arrival. We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this condo.

Awesome!!
I love this condo. It is right on the beach and I can sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean. I enjoyed walking the beach at least twice a day maybe more. It was very relaxing and a great vacation spot for a great price. The restaurants and people in the area were very friendly and always willing to give dining and attraction advice. The master bedroom is good size with a comfortable king sized bed and attached bathroom. Very convenient. Overall very nice.

Very nice condo on the beach!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful views of the ocean and right in the middle of the action on "beach side". King size bed was a plus and it was very comfortable.
Condo had a well stocked kitchen, nice living/dining room and a great deck to enjoy breakfast on. The pool area was very clean and the water was heated to a balmy 83 degrees. Staff does a great job of keeping the property in excellent condition,
NSB offer many wonderful restaurants, just wish we had more time to try them all.
We highly recommend this condo and have already booked another week in May.
