During your stay -
1) No smoking inside the house. 20 feet away from house is okay, please use ashtray.
2) We’re not responsible for any injuries or personal property loses during your stay.
3) If you damage any items during your stay please let us know right away.
4) Please report if you find any damaged or unclean items in the property when you first check in.
5) Please move the garbage cans to the curbside by mailbox every Sunday and Wednesday evening. Garbage collects on Mondays and Thursdays early in the morning.

7) There are washer and dryer in the garage, please bring laundry detergent if you intend to do laundry during your stay. Please take the lint out every time after you use the dryer.
8) Always keep the switch by the door at ON position in 2nd room as it. If you turn it off and turn it back on, you will need to reset the tv and sometimes it can be a pain.
9) Please bring your own toiletries. We stock towels in the bathrooms and closet but we do not have hairdryer and irons.
10) Keys box code will be given 1 day before arrival.
11) Please keep the thermostat setting at the same temperature suggestions as much as possible. If you change the temperature anytime during your stay please change it back to the original temperature setting before you check out/leave the house. Thanks for helping us conserve the energy!
12) If you have pets with you, be sure they do not get on furniture. Penalties will apply and taken from the deposit when housekeepers find any evidence of pets on the furniture and of course any damages thereof.
13) Please keep the curtain tightly closed on both ends while using the shower as the water will fall out and flood the floor if not.
14) In the event of a disaster stemming from bad weather or other causes, we cannot reimburse lodging costs elsewhere during the time your stay with us.
15) Guests are not allowed to park inside the garage to avoid oil leak and potential damage. Our driveway has enough space to park 2 vehicles when the 1st vehicle park closer to the garage door.
16) Rental Agent/owners reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice.
Checklist before your departure (For all renters/guests) -
1) Make sure everything is turned off and windows are locked.
2) If you used the ashtrays, please empty them.
3) Wash and put away dishes.
4) Remove everything from fridge.
5) Wipe down any stain or spoil on the stove, inside the oven and fridge.
6) Scoop up your pet’s waste in the yard .
7) Please keep keys inside the key box.
