During your stay -
1) No smoking inside the house. 20 feet away from house is okay, please use ashtray.
2) We’re not responsible for any injuries or personal property loses during your stay.
3) If you damage any items during your stay please let us know right away.
4) Please report if you find any damaged or unclean items in the property when you first check in.
5) Please move the garbage cans to the curbside by mailbox every Sunday and Wednesday evening. Garbage collects on Mondays and Thursdays early in the morning.

7) There are washer and dryer in the garage, please bring laundry detergent if you intend to do laundry during your stay. Please take the lint out every time after you use the dryer.
8) Always keep the switch by the door at ON position in 2nd room as it. If you turn it off and turn it back on, you will need to reset the tv and sometimes it can be a pain.
9) Please bring your own toiletries. We stock towels in the bathrooms and closet but we do not have hairdryer and irons.
10) Keys box code will be given 1 day before arrival.
11) Please keep the thermostat setting at the same temperature suggestions as much as possible. If you change the temperature anytime during your stay please change it back to the original temperature setting before you check out/leave the house. Thanks for helping us conserve the energy!
12) If you have pets with you, be sure they do not get on furniture. Penalties will apply and taken from the deposit when housekeepers find any evidence of pets on the furniture and of course any damages thereof.
13) Please keep the curtain tightly closed on both ends while using the shower as the water will fall out and flood the floor if not.
14) In the event of a disaster stemming from bad weather or other causes, we cannot reimburse lodging costs elsewhere during the time your stay with us.
15) Guests are not allowed to park inside the garage to avoid oil leak and potential damage. Our driveway has enough space to park 2 vehicles when the 1st vehicle park closer to the garage door.
16) Rental Agent/owners reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice.
Checklist before your departure (For all renters/guests) -
1) Make sure everything is turned off and windows are locked.
2) If you used the ashtrays, please empty them.
3) Wash and put away dishes.
4) Remove everything from fridge.
5) Wipe down any stain or spoil on the stove, inside the oven and fridge.
6) Scoop up your pet’s waste in the yard .
7) Please keep keys inside the key box.
8) Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am
My sister and I stayed the month of January and February 2022. The house was everything that it was advertised to be. The owner was in contact with us regularly and was very good about answering our texts promptly. Very close to Sponge Docks And Sunset Beach. Great restaurants and other activities nearby. There’s a notebook with brochures and suggested restaurants and things to do on the coffee table. This was our first time renting and was very satisfied. We book again for 2023

Outstanding Host and amazing stay!
I was wonderfully pleased with this stay. The house was very clean and had plenary of amenities available through out the house.
I had pass a very quiet and comfortable weekend stay. Additionally, the host (Sara) was very responsive, accommodating and super respectful and professional.
I highly recommend this location to you! That said, I will certainly stay here again and will also recommend this home to my family and friends.

Great house...Great visit.
We came to Florida to visit our son and his wife. The house was great...clean, great location, and very comfortable. The way Sara dealt with everything from emails, texts, handling the payments was top notch. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get away for some refreshment and relaxation.

A home to be blessed in!
The home is in a nice neighborhood, safe and comfortable. It's well equipped with modern appliances, comfortable beds and generous living/entertaining areas. The sun room was our favorite as we spent our down time eating, conversing, studying and just relaxing while viewing the canal. Our two Shih Tzu's felt at home, and we walked the neighborhood frequently. Sara was a great host, attentive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I don't submit many reviews, but we had a great time and experience here, and will book this again.

Very nice comfortable home. Will definitely rent again next Florida trip! Sara the owner checked with us several times to make sure everything was satisfactory.

Choose Psalm 139
This little 2BR house is perfect for a comfortable get away! There’s plenty of room for you to find your own space if you wish or group up for conversations or meals. Watching the wildlife on the canal is a plus you don’t usually get in a neighborhood home! I highly recommend this vacation rental. The owner could not be more helpful. She is awesome!

Lovely home away from home
This a lovely, comfortable home. Clean and neat. It is close to a main route with stores and restaurants. Sitting on the screened-in porch looking out at the canal every morning with a cup of coffee was delightful!

Very good house
I wanna say Thank you very much for Sara for let us stay in that beautiful house when we check in house was very clean I was looking for very quete place and that was just exactly what I was looking for so people highly recommend for everyone to rent that house and stay there and price is very affordable!

Close to everything.
A very nice home, located in good neighborhood close to everything the area has to offer. This place is such a great value with a homey feel compared to other vacation rentals we have stayed in. A technical issue (outside of the owner's control) with the wifi was addressed quickly and we had a pleasant stay.
Very comfortable beds!

QUICK BEACH FIX-Anclote Key River park is 4.9 miles away from the house. It's a Gulf bay beach front park, easy back street access. Green Key Beach Park aka Robert K. Rees Memorial Park is 5.4 miles away. Also, rent a boat or take a island tour at Sponge Dock to Anclote Key Reserve State Park is highly recommended. It is as beautiful as Keys and Caribbean! You can fish off the canal in the back, there are Largemouth Bass, Alligator Gar, Nile Perch and Brim.

Cars is the best transportation, tourists ride their bikes around. Many bus stops are along the highway 19 which is a mile away from the house.
