This is my idea of a place at the beach! Laid back, not fancy, but very functional. Kids loved the efficiency apt on the lower floor. It will be our go-to place at Navarre Beach from now on. Lou, the host, lives on the island and is there for any needs.

Great location with a very short walk to the great beach at Navarre. The island has limited shops/dining/etc so it's very quiet. Beach is gorgeous. We rented a condo and Lou was a great landlord. Dog friendly although there are lots of cats around the location which may be tricky with other dogs.

This is our second year at Navarre Beach and with the location of the condo and the amenities we are truly blessed. This condo is very spacious and clean . It has a area for everyone to have their own privacy and we absolutely love it .This is our second year booking with Lou and he is a wonderful host . Makes us feel like we belong and we have booked again for next year .So close to the beach The decks make a great place for your family to BBQ Would recommend this for anyone that wants great vacation on u re amazing a budget Thanks Lou you truly are a amazing host

Nothing bad to say except... if there was a pool This place would be booked every year by me. Lou is fantastic. Tries his best to make sure your vacation is truly a vacation! House was comfortable, clean, quiet, location was perfect. The downstairs suite works perfect for kids or another couple The community is friendly and we were able to bring our dogs and they enjoyed the outdoor patios and the close distance to the beach. Th only downside.. NO pool but you are at the beach so pool is not necessarily needed... Book it! Enjoy Lou and the area

This townhome was amazing for our family. The downstairs apartment was perfect for you our teens and their friends. The upstairs was well laid out and it was like being in our own home. We did have a small issue but Lou the owner was amazing and jumped thru hoops to fix the issue promptly We just book again for this year. Amazing accommodations Amazing host. Can not wait to get back there

We selected Bahia Breeze because Lou, the owner, accommodated our dogs. This was the only rental on the beach that would allow us to bring all of our dogs. Communication & booking with Lou was quick & effortless. Due to a cancellation, Lou allowed us to choose an early check-in time & late check-out time. With this extra time, we essentially got another day at the beach! For dog owners - you may choose to bring a dog gate if you don’t want your dogs going up and down the stairs (the rental has two sets of stairs.). There was one baby gate in the rental. If you plan on cooking, you may choose to bring specialty cookware, as the rental only had the basics. Thanks Lou for accommodating our family & our dogs!

Chrissy was so sweet and great to work with. Place was nice and big. Comfortable bed, absolutely no complaints! Best beaches and it was a wonderful vacation for our family and fur babies. We will be back next year!

Bahia Breeze was wonderful. We could ask for a better location right between the beach and sound side. There are a couple of places to get food walking distance. And, a convenient store down the street. You can walk across the street to get to the beach! And, right down the culdesac is the sound. Great place to take morning walks & evening. There's also many beaches right down the street that you can get to in minutes. And, across the bridge is almost everything you need. This place had everything we needed and more. We were also able to bring our dogs which is hard to find. My family really enjoyed themselves here. A big reason we love this place is because it's not crowded at all, and very peaceful. The owner, Lou was a pleasure to work with and a phone call away if we were to need anything. We had no problems during our stay. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to another visit next year.

This place is perfect for large families. It is a short walk to the bay, which is beautiful. The only down side is the walk to the beach is a little bit fare when going with tired children.

From the moment we pulled up in the driveway we were impressed. It has plenty of space, was well kept and clean and allowed our family pet. The efficiency apt. on the bottom floor was perfect for my adult son to stay in. The owner Lou, was kind, helpful and very friendly. The rental was close enough to the sound side and also the ocean side to walk to either place in just a matter of minutes. I recommend this rental. I am planning on going back to Navarre again next year and hopefully will be able to get this exact rental again.
