If you love the beach, fine dining, and shopping but like the privacy and comfort of a single home, then our luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a private screened, heated pool is a perfect choice. The house is located 3/4 miles from Vanderbilt Beach in Naples near the Ritz Hotel, a 5-minute bike ride (bicycles provided) or a 15-minute walk along the bay. Nature provides tropical weather and over 300 days of sunshine each year in Naples. We provide everything else you need for a great vacation, from the fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, to bikes and beach gear. Mercato – a shopping, dining, and entertainment area is one mile away. Great house in Naples

We rented from Paul and Margaret for the first time and LOVED our stay at their property. House is beautiful and spacious and absolutely everything you need is already there. Chairs for the beach, umbrellas, even make up remover! We used the pool every day and the beach is only 3 min drive from the house. Bathrooms and kitchen are renovated and beautiful! Very comfortable bedding as well. We will be back.

Amazing beach retreat

A beautiful villa, fully stocked with all the kitchen equipment you could need. Private pool, landscaped, peaceful and so quiet you could hear the birds sing! Paul is so helpful and they have thought of everything including bikes and beach chairs and passes for nearby parks. A 10 minute walk to the beach and a lovely, safe neighbourhood, with a plethora of restaurants and juice bars in the vicinity. One of the best villas we've visited and one of the most relaxing holidays to date. We will definitely be back next year!

About the neighborhood

Naples park is a quiet residential area within walking distance to Vanderbilt beach where you can rent catamarans, kayaks and paddle boards. Three grocery stores are within one mile: Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Publix. Two movie theaters are also within one mile distance, as are lots of restaurants, gym clubs, tennis courts, and even a golf course. Vanderbilt Beach is 3/4 miles away - a short walk or bike ride. Delnor Wiggins state park is 2 miles away and has 1.5 miles of unspoiled beach. Do not miss the sunset dinner at Turtle Club on Vanderbilt Beach. You must reserve well in advance to get a table on the beach patio with the sunset view. The food is great and so are the drinks. 3/4 miles away, has valet parking. Another notable restaurant is Blue Martini in Mercato shopping/entertainment are, about 1 mile away so you can walk there and avoid driving. The bar has small plates and live music every day.There is also a made-to-order burger place in Mercato.Fresh Start 2 miles away is a great place for breakfast or lunch. The serve good, fresh food.

Getting around

Naples downtown area with 5th Avenue, 3rd street shopping and entertainment areas and Naples Pier, as well as Tin City are 15 minute drive. Miromar Premium Outlets are 20 minute drive. Everglades boat rides are 30 min drive. There are four state parks within 20 minute drive. Fort Meyers airport (RSW) is 20 minute drive.

How to get there

25 minute drive from Fort Meyers airport (RSW). Take 111th (Immokalee Drive) exit, drive West to 41th St (Tamiami Trail), turn left (South) on 41st Street, turn right on 94th Avenue. Our house is close to the beach. Fort Lauderdale airport is 1 hour 45 minutes drive.
