This little apartment has a great location. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to shops, restaurants, and fabulous beaches. The state park pass (and the amazing water pressure in the shower!) were our favorite things. The pass, in particular, made beachgoing so easy and having beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels was a big help. The space was clean and very comfortable. There's really no kitchen counter -- just the eating space -- so cooking was a bit awkward, but manageable.

The location was excellent. Being close to shops and restaurants was very handy. How we enjoyed the nearby state park and beautiful beach! The pass to the park was much appreciated, as well. Inside our apartment, we found all the amenities necessary for our two-weeks stay and especially liked the glassed-in shower. Outside, we liked lounging in the backyard on a hammock and comfy chairs, surrounded by lovely trees and shrubs. All and all, we were quite happy with our accommodations.

The rental was very nice. It is in a residential area near restaurants, shopping and state parks. We especially enjoyed the included State Park pass, the beach chairs and umbrella, which we used many times during our two week stay. The rental was a good size for two, the bedroom and kingsize bed were spacious. Having a washer/dryer in the back of the building allowed us to do laundry without leaving the premises. Also the tile flooring allowed for easy cleanups on checkout day. The restaurants at Mercado were great, but we didn't know about them - found them by accident.

We booked this rental for its fantastic location and previous reviews. It does not disappoint in any way. It is small, super clean, well equipped with a terrific king size bed. Having the beach access pass is a huge bonus as getting on the beach in this area is tricky. Dana has been lovely to deal with and the instructions are very helpful. We will definitely book here again if we’re back in the area. EVERYTHING has been updated & refreshed in the unit - perfect for 2 people. There’s also a nice yard, gas grill and washer/dryer that are shared with the other tenants.

Everything was just as we expected. Rental was clean and comfortable. Owners made us feel welcome. So nice to have been very close to the beach and the beach pass is a real plus to this rental. Nice location very convenient to many Naples attractions.

The best things about this property are the super comfortable big bed, the well equipped kitchen and the location on a quiet street close to a lovely beach. It may be a language issue but for anyone travelling from the UK this is better described as a ground floor apartment in a detached house. It isn't what we would call a cottage. What could be better? The outside space is poor with table and chairs you would not want to use and the pressure from the shower isn't good. It is approximately 20/25 minutes drive from central Naples but there are good shops and restaurants close by and the pass for the beach is great.

As a solo traveler, I found Cozy Cottage to be very comfortable. Beautiful stylish bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is lovely with a tiled shower. The tiny kitchen is amazingly well stocked - possible to cook a full meal. The space has a calm contemporary beachside decor. I walked to Wiggins Pass beach (1.3 miles). The cottage is not really a cottage, but is a unit in a 4-unit building in a neighborhood of single family homes - very quiet streets. It is off the noisy beaten path but still convenient to shopping, beaches, etc. I wish the backyard were as appealing as the interior - I would have liked to sit outside more. The onsite free laundry was very nice to have. The TV and wifi worked perfectly. Allison is very easy to work with - helpful and responsive.

This property has everything you could possibly need to support your holiday. We were on a golfing break so close proximity to the Tamiani trail meant driving to different courses was easy. Walmart is close by if you use the"truck" entrance off 111th. We had no problems at all and the $800 deposit was returned in a timely manner.

We had a great experience at the Cottage. Allison was very helpful in providing great check-in instructions and a more than adequate supply of items to make our stay comfortable. The place was clean. This is a great location for beach lovers and the State park beach pass was a bonus! Thanks Allison for being so responsive to our needs.

The cottage is just great, very comfortable everything you could possibly need was provided. location is close to the beach, shops and a great selection of restaurants about 10 mins drive. The neighborhood is very quiet, and has easy access to all major roads. We had a great visit, and would stay here again without question.
