Located in the beautiful city of Naples Florida, this gated community condo offers you a tropical environment with palm trees and tropical plants. Falling Waters is a short drive to the beach, several beautiful golf courses and downtown Naples where you will find excellent restaurants and shopping. Our home is located on the second floor offering a great view of both the pond, tropical plants and the pool. The beautiful tropical pool, tennis and basketball courts are only a few steps away from our front door.Our home was recently renovated and offers all the amenities needed.Hope you come for a visit.

No Question we will rent it again!!

This is a little piece of paradise. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples. The condo had all the amenities and more - proximity to shopping, restaurants, down town and a short drive to probably some of the nicest beaches we have visited. The outdoor pool on premises is resort like and all the owners and visitors are so friendly. The condo itself has ton of room and slept our entire family very comfortably. Sitting out at night on the patio overlooking the water (lake) and pool is very tranquil. We will definitely rent again.

Centrally located, Falling Waters Gated cmmunity is safe and and very active. Our home is located only 10 minutes away from the Naples Beach and Fifth Avenue. The mall, grocery stores and many shops are located only few minutes away. Naples has an abondance of beaches, shopping, restaurants and golf courses.
