What an incredible place! We had a fantastic two weeks at Conway House. The house has everything that you need including an fantastic pool, wonderful outside area and views overlooking a lake. Everything you need is within walking distance - we loved exploring the beaches, restaurants and shops. Rob is a fantastic host and made sure that we had an enjoyable holiday. Thank you and we can't wait to come back!

We spent a fantastic week in this wonderful home. Conway House really does feel like a home from home with the additional comforts of a large pool, spacious sitting area outside, and the beautiful view over the small lake at the back (much time was spent here looking out at turtles and the resident ducklings.) Everything you need (and more) is there waiting for you and there was plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out whilst the layout of the house provided opportunity for us all to sit together for meals and movies. The house is in an attractive residential area just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed getting up early at sunrise to look out for dolphins at Vanderbilt beach and watching the sunset at the pier which was just minutes away. Lots to do nearby including the many beaches, kayaking at Delnor Wiggins Park with the dolphins, boat rentals to go shelling at the islands and the restaurants and shops at 5th Avenue. Rob was helpful and approachable from start to finish and this helped us to enjoy an amazing week in Naples. I would certainly recommend Conway House and look forward to a time when we can return!

Everything about this house was absolutely perfect! The proximity to the beach, grocery & shopping was so convenient. The house itself is laid out perfectly with each bedroom providing it’s own level of privacy. The kitchen was generously appointed with everything you might need, and more. And the pool!!!! It was the perfect size/temperature- everything! The pool/lanai area looks out upon a small, scenic lake. My daughter and I enjoyed watching the neighbors reel in some hungry bass! Thank you so much Rob, for providing such an incredible place for us to spend our vacation!

Thank you Rob. Finding your rental was a miracle. Working with you was a DELIGHT! Your house exceeded our expectations…the spaciousness and beautiful pool and outdoor areas were perfect for us. Our kids played football and then jumped in the pool. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms everyone had privacy when needed. The only thing missing is our next booking to come again. AND, your proximity to beautiful beaches and so many stores and restaurants can’t be beat. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This was a wonderful week in the Conway home for our family of six. It was clean, towels were ready as well as any beach chairs and sand toys in the garage. We didn't know it was that equipped and we ended up buying some sand toys and leaving them behind after. Rob was prompt to respond to any questions, any time. Overall, it was a smooth, pleasant experience in a beautiful home and there isn't anything else we could have asked for. The Naples Zoo close by is a must visit, beaches are beautiful, and there is a plethora of restraints by the pier beach only 10-15 min drive away. We hope to come back soon hopefully for longer.

We spent the month of February (thanks to remote school and work) and it was amazing. Conway House is super clean, comfortable, and just so easy to be in. We prepared meals at home quite a bit due to the pandemic and the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to use. There was more than enough space for our family of 5 to spread out to do school/work, but also come together to play games, watch movies, etc. The pool and outdoor space is amazing. We spent as much time as possible in the lanai area - it was our favorite spot! The house is in a very convenient location, easy 5 minute drive to gorgeous beaches, close to shops, restaurants, and a quick drive to Olde Naples. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we were very comfortable there. Rob is an excellent host who is a pleasure to deal with and when one or two (very small) issues came up, his house manager took care of them immediately. I can't recommend Conway House enough! I only wish we could do remote school every February so we could spend the month here!

We stayed at Conway House for a month. 2 adults and 2 kids. Much more space than we needed. Excellent layout for several families or generations! Every bedroom has a bathroom attached. One bedroom at each end of the L shaped house and 2 in the middle with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean upon our arrival. Plenty of extra sheets and towels in the linen closets. Tons of beach/ pool towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach/ pool toys. Wonderfully stocked kitchen. We cooked many times and never needed something not here. The pool is wonderful and the entire yard is so private! Beautiful landscaping. You have your own private oasis. Lots of outdoor living space on the lanai. Plenty of lounge chairs and a large outdoor dining table and chairs. Publix (grocery store) is 3 minutes away. The beach is 5 minutes away. We went many nights just to watch the sun set. Really quick to get to downtown Naples and up to Vanderbilt Beach area. Cannot say enough great things about the house. The owner is extremely kind and responsive. We can’t wait to stay again!

This was our seventh stay at Conway House which we look on as our second home...we wish. It's in a great location with all the amenities one needs. It is quiet, but so close to everything..shopping, restaurants, the beach etc...even when it rains, the lanai shelters you from the warm rain. We can't say anything about the villa which is to its detriment. Roll on our next visit when the exchange rates are in our favour. Thanks Rob. Your management team are just brilliant too.

Party consisted of four adults and two children. We had a fantastic time celebrating Christmas, New Year and three birthdays! The house catered for all our needs- the children loved the pool and having barbecues. We felt completely at home and enjoyed spending time at the house as well as going out. Quiet area but within easy reach of places to visit and restaurants/ cinema/ ten pin bowling/ beach etc. We will certainly be coming back.

Second time around and again it was great. Nice house, in a quiet street, clean, very comfortable beds, great showers, big pool, very big adjacent partially covered terrace , where you can sit and eat outside even if there is a thunderstorm going on, in fact a great place to enjoy a thunderstorm :). Big kitchen with all kinds of appliances. Well kept garden. Seven minutes by car to the beach, or a 30 minutes walk. Five minutes by car from the shoppingmall and the Publix supermarket. We loved just to be and relax in Conway house
