Condo is suitable for two adults or 4 adult guests. Rates are for double occupancy. Additional guests incur an additional per person per night fee. Early check in must be approved by the owner. Unapproved early check in will be assessed a $100 fee. No parties are permitted in the condos. Renter must be 25 years or older.
