Loved the whole experience. The condo is gorgeous, the view is phenomenal and it was so thoughtfully appointed. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The kind woman (Elena) who met us with the key was terrific. The owner set us up with coffee, tea, milk, eggs, bagels, cream cheese, fruit, wine…it was so nice!!! Loved it.

Awesome stay in North Beach
Awesome condo with an incredible view. Fresh and modern decor with all the amenities. Spacious, comfortable for a family of 6 and well furnished right on the beach. The owner and property manager were so accommodating and responsive. The level of customer service was outstanding beginning to end. We will definitely return.

perfect vacation spot in North Beach
My husband and I traveled with our teenage daughter and one of her friends. We all loved everything about this property: the layout is both gorgeous and practical, the decor is fresh and smart, steps from the beach yet lots of privacy, spotless in every nook and cranny, lavish beds and the views and ocean sounds are of the are out of this world. The property manager, the owner and the cleaning lady are all the definition of customer service. We were amazed at the thoughtfulness of toiletries, fruit, yogurt, orange juice and the great wines (we're into pinot noir so the selection was perfect!). Olga is welcoming, energetic and helpful. Mickael was the most gracious of hosts. Most notably, when we told him that something broke he responded with "accidents happen." We only had a few day but this property allowed us all to relax and feel wonderfully refreshed. Thank you!

Far Exceeded Expectations
I’m a frequent traveler and have stayed in luxury hotels domestically as well as internationally. I can honestly stay that our experience with Mickael and this condo exceeded any previous experience and far exceeded my expectations. From the beginning with the initial booking, Mickael was very responsive and thorough in his communication. We received a pre-call prior to arriving to confirm our arrival times and to review check-in logistics. His Assistant, Olga met us st the condo to do a walk-through of the condo and to answer any questions that we may have had about the condo.
The condo was in an perfect location! It’s on Collins Ave. north of the crowds and traffic in South Beach and facing the Ocean. S. Beach is only a quick 10 min Uber. As good as the photos are, they simply do no justice in highlighting just how stunningly beautiful this place is. No stone was left unturned to deliver a truly high-end luxurious living experience. The furniture, appliances, electronics, fixtures, and even the plumbing were all simply over the top! In addition, Mickael took the extra step to ensure the condo was stocked with practically every amenity you could think of (toiletries, fringe stocked with fruit and water, complimentary bottles of wine, beach chairs and towels, football, volleyball, playing cards and games, etc.) I would absolutely book here again and would highly recommend any reader of this review to book as well.

Luxury on the beach
All my guests at the rental loved the beach feet away and floor to ceiling water view. The kitchen amenities were top notch and we loved the updated technology that was accessible to us as well. The owner and staff were very gracious with complimentary breakfast and wine items for us to use as well and gave direction for things to do! I would love to come back again!

Fantastic place
The owner has gone out of his way to make this a perfect accommodation. The apartment has a spectacular ocean view out of two-story windows. The spacious and immaculate apartment was well-stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and more. He included fresh fruit, flowers, chocolates, wine and more. He and his assistant were readily available and responsive. A+ and 5 stars in every way.

Gorgeous newly renovated condo with roomy balcony and stunning view of ocean
I'd give this place six stars if that were possible. My family (5 adults and a toddler) were thrilled to discover this spacious rental that is more impressive than any review can capture.
When you first walk in, the sweeping view of the Atlantic ocean through the two-story high windows will knock your socks off. Step out onto the patio and you won't believe your luck: you are unbelievably close to the ocean, and 6 can sit or dine comfortably on the patio. Once you've finished gaping at sky and beach, you'll be just as awed by what's inside. Gorgeous kitchen and appliances, comfortable beds and furniture, sparkling bathrooms, three smart TVs, and a fabulous sound system for streaming music from your device. The indoor dining table seats 8, and the couch is comfy too.
The owner seems to have a sixth sense about how to make you feel at home and relaxed. We loved the fresh flowers, complimentary wine and coffees (my kids are coffee addicts) and chocolates. I also appreciated the top-of-the-line toiletries — including a spare bottle of sunblock and after-sun lotion — saving me a trip to the drugstore upon arrival. I can't believe I even found a baby gate in the master bedroom so my grandson could safely play upstairs.
Tropical storm Alberto sideswiped Miami beach during our stay, but on rainy days we enjoyed cooking and eating in. The owner's sister helped us settle in when we first arrived, and the owner himself was quick to answer a few questions during our stay. It's true, as other reviewers noted, that the building in which this condo is situated is in need of updating and repairs, but that didn't impact our stay. The valet service and free parking (included with your rental, which is no small thing on Miami Beach!) was prompt and courteous.
In a nutshell: Wow. Book it. Just leave a long weekend open for me!

The property and view were both amazing!
I have just returned from a long weekend in Miami celebrating a friend's 40th birthday and still can't get over how beautiful this condo was. The bedrooms are luxurious and each have their own private bathroom. The spacious kitchen was appointed with all the necessities and even a juicer which came in handy for making orange crushes. It appeared as if the place had recently been redecorated so all the furnishings were fresh and new. The modern look and feel of this condo were indicative of spaces that would normally run you more to rent. But perhaps the most breathtaking feature was the two-story windows looking out onto the ocean front so that could watch the sunrise from the second story balcony bedroom. There were also little details like fresh roses on the dining room table and fresh flowers in each bathroom, an assortment of wine left for our enjoyment and a heart-shaped box of Godiva chocolates.
