If you want a centrally located fully equipped apartment and like it quiet this is a very good option. Well maintained and really helpful hosts.

The house was very clean and beautiful. Centrally located close to restaurants, shops and even a few walks to the beach. The owners were very lovely and easy to reach! They made our stay very easy and memorable. Really worth the money!

This Condo has everything you need to have a great stay in South Beach. The owner, Jesse, was very responsive and made himself available at all times. He was quick to answer any questions or concerns. The condo was literally 7 minutes from the beach.

Notre sejour s'est très bien passé et l'appartement est parfaitement situé, très proche de la plage, d'ocean drive, de collins avenue et des transports en commun (bus pour l'aeroport et le centre ville notamment). Nous etions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 7 et 10 ans) et le seul petit bemol de l'appart est peut etre le fait que nous n'avions pas une vraie table pour manger tous ensemble...autrement tout etait super. Bonne literie et residence calme et bien sécurisée avec une piscine propre et tres agreable. Jesse est un hote attentif qui a été present pour repondre a toutes nos questions. Il est très réactif et a su nous rendre service lorsque nous en avions besoin. Je le remercie pour sa gentillesse et son honnêteté, il a tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre sejour se passe a merveille. Nous reviendrons sans hesiter chez lui lors de notre prochain sejour a Miami !

Este departamento está ubicado muy bien, de fácil acceso, a pasos de la playa. Las fotos son un fiel reflejo del departamento, que es ideal para una familia o pareja. No solo está totalmente equipado, sino que se preocupan de solucionar cualquier problema y asesorar en relación a eventos a los que uno puede asistir. Gracias Jesse por tu hospitalidad.

The apartment is very nice, we stayed for a week and everything went according to schedule. Everything was as advertised and working properly. The condo has a pool that gets plenty of sun. The beach is excellent, great for adults and children and is only two blocks from the apartment. The surroundings offers everything, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and bars, all very close and can be done walking. Finally the owner of the apartment is very nice and offers total support. Next time we go to Miami, we will return to this apartment.

Loved my stay here, situated in prime south beach location, steps from the beach, nightlife and shops in a very charming area by indian creek. Has a large pool set in a lush, zen-like garden with bonsai trees. Room was modern, very well kept with cool decor. Highly recommended.

The location is great. The owners are amazing! And the complex has a pool and is a few blocks from the beach. Jesse and Brenda made our Miami vacation a 5 star experience. The apartment comes with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, toiletries, etc - everything we needed for a successful Miami vacation. They even mailed us a pack n play when we asked for one. Thank you for a terrific vacation.

The apartment is really nice and has a lot of equipments (even some child games for the beach). It is perfectly located, 5 minutes by walk from the beach. Even if we stayed during Spring break, the street and the condo were very quiet. Jesse was a lovely host that booked the car park for us and provide a good support.

The condo is updated, clean, secure and near everything yet still quiet. It's only two streets over from the quiet part of the beach. We wanted to feel safe yet be near everything at the same time. The owner of the condo went way out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I will stay there everytime I visit South Beach(if it's available) We truly lucked out.
