I recently stayed at a stunning apartment in Miami Beach and was thoroughly impressed. The location was unbeatable with breathtaking ocean views. The interior was modern, elegant, and well-maintained. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent. The staff was accommodating and provided exceptional service. Overall, it was a memorable and highly recommended stay.

Extraordinary stay in the perfect location
This is a must visit property in South beach. The apartment is very charming and comfortable and it was walking distance from the beach and other popular areas without being too noisy. Very spacious interior with lots of natural light and feels bigger than the pictures.
The host was very friendly and responsive. Definitely looking forward to staying here again next time I visit!

Wonderful location, clean place, more than expected!
I have been coming to South Beach for yrs and this was definitely the best experience overall. Great (and clean) apartment. Way bigger in person (we were pleasantly surprised). Just a couple of blocks away from the beach. Beach towels/umbrella/chairs are a nice touch (and very useful :))
Fiona was super quick with communication and extremely accommodating. Overall great experience!

Great Host! Wonderful stay! Highly recommended.
Fiona was an excellent host. She went above and beyond to make my accommodation very welcoming: welcome food, free parking and weekly cleaning service. The apartment is even better than pictured. Fiona’s communication was clear and prompt. Location is excellent: quiet street during the day and night while close enough to walk to the beach and wild side of South Beach. I would definitely recommend this stay and cannot wait to return! thanks for all!!!

Eine Top-Empfehlung! Ruhig und zentral
Absolut begeistert von diesem Apartment und insbesondere von der Gastgeberin Fiona und ihrer Vertretung vor Ort, Veronika, die sogar deutsch sprach, haben wir uns vorgenommen, auf jeden Fall zurückzukehren, wenn wir erneut Miami besuchen werden.
Die Beschreibung des Objekts trifft in vollem Umfang zu und ich kann mich nur den Bewertungen meiner Vorredner anschließen. Dem gibt es nichts hinzuzufügen. Auch die Fotos geben den tollen Zustand der Wohnung perfekt wieder.
Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.
Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Fiona, die immer ein offenes Ohr hat und sich um unsere Fragen und kleinen Probleme schnell und unkompliziert kümmerte. Wir fühlten uns in sehr guten Händen und nie allein gelassen.

Perfect location in South Beach
First, let me say that Fiona was a wonderful host. We arrived a few hours prior to check-in and would have been happy to drop off our bags and return later, but Fiona and her cleaner made sure that the place was ready for us when we arrived.
The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings and lots of windows.
There is a HUGE TV in the living area, with access to both Netflix and Amazon (so you don't even need to login to your own accounts). There is plenty of drawer and hanging space for clothing. The bathroom is especially nice, with a large glass-enclosed shower and marble floors and walls. The dryer came in very handy, not just for doing the wash, but also for drying towels and bathing suits after use. Even the corridors of the building are nice, with hardwood floors and lots of art on the walls.
The location was perfect for us, just 3 blocks to the beach and the craziness of Ocean Ave, but in a quiet residential section of town. It is close to a variety good restaurants, from Cuban (of course) to Turkish to Diner.... And don't miss the Wolfsonian, a very cool design museum just a block away.
We would definitely stay here again when we return to Miami.

South Beach Vacation
Condo was nice, first night there couldn't find parking and had to pay $80 to park in lot 2 full blocks from condo and lug my personal belongings to the condo. Other than that every thing was fine. The food I had brought had spoiled, so that was another $ 50 down the drain, need better parking there, the restaurants were great, if you going to south beach, bring an extra $1000, and your guarded to have a good time, thanks, look forward to using you again

Dear Robert, As an Air BnB Host, I provide accommodation however sadly am not in the position to provide parking services in South Beach, nor other full 24hr concierge type services you required, perhaps in future this can be offered as an additional service.. Parking in the area is both logistically difficult & costly, and for this reason I always strongly advise using Uber & Lyft locally & recommend against driving. All this is clearly explained in the booking description, and visitors that come to Miami are typically well informed on this topic & about the area in general. Regardless I'm pleased to hear you enjoyed stay. Regards

Amazing home
The House was nice and cozy, clean and luxury, the hostess was nice and on point. just bring your own face towels but everything else was provided. I’m definitely booking this crib again

The apartment is ideally situated just a couple of block walking distance from: The Beach, Flamingo Park (pool, tennis courts), Lincoln Rd, Ocean Drive, The Wolfsonian Museum, Wallgreens, Washington Av, Whole Foods and a huge variety of restaurants. The park rents out Tennis courts and other facilities.
Getting around
The best way to get around to avoid expensive valet and parking fees is via Uber or Lyft. If you have not used any of these apps before, please let me know and I will send you a new user voucher with free credit on it.
I can also provide visitors street parking just outside the building for a daily fee if I still have some visitors permits available. This would enable you to park just a few steps from the front door of the building. Please consult with me as to availability and pricing prior to your stay.
It is important that you do not under any circumstance park on the street without a valid guest / visitors permit or in a paid parking / garage / valet service. In the heart of South Beach, tow trucks operate intensively.
