Beautiful beach front condo
We were a bachelorette party of nine, all in our mid-to-late 20s. The condo is located right in the middle of Millionaire's Row, and has beach access, as well as a pool and cute little bar with amazing coconut shrimp and wings. The Uber drive to South Beach was around 15 minutes, and we were a few doors down from the iconic nightclub, Liv!
The best part is that a few days before our stay, Mark let us know a bigger room with a better view had become available, and we got a FREE upgrade!! The room was clean and well decorated. I couldn't have been happier.

Mothers day vacation
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a group of 9 ladies. The beach house was just what we need it was plenty of room everyone was satisfied 😌.the room was very clean and plenty of towels. The trsort area was very nice it was my very first time being in Miami and it was really great 👍.

great condo for a medium-sized group!
Our group of 9 stayed here for 5 days and we had a wonderful time! Comfy beds, a view of the inner coastal and the ocean, the other guests in the building were friendly, and they were quick to respond to emails if we needed anything!

One Of The Best
The room looked exactly like the pictures on line! It was clean! We had no problems contacting Mark! One call and they was there! Mo problems with the rooms, full kitchen omg it was nice and worth the money!

Beautiful Condo in ideal location
We have rented with Mark in the past and his units are always clean, comfortable and as advertised. The building construction did not bother us at all as we were well aware it was going on. The lower pool was perfect for our large family. The beach is easily accessible and the building is within a short uber to anywhere you would want to go on the beach or downtown. I would give it 5 stars if not for the negative interaction with his employee, Leslie. If you can avoid her, you will have a perfect stay in Mark's condos!

Great service and attention to detail by Horarentals
We have stayed at The Alexander Hotel for Passover for over ten years, but this was our first time booking an apartment thru Horarentals. Their apartments were exactly as advertised. Their service and attention to detail are phenomenal. They truly go the extra mile to make your stay much more enjoyable. It is inevitable that something won't work or something needs to be fixed, and a true test of service is to see their response. When a light fixture wasn't working properly in the kitchen, within hours they sent someone to replace the entire fixture with a bigger and brighter one. All of their staff, especially the manager Lesli, has a constant smile and an attitude of how can we help you and what more can we do for you during your stay. It really can make the difference in a holiday vacation. We would recomend using Horarentals any time.

Apartment 1119 at The Alexander is a larger 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Large living room, dining area, full kitchen, closets and a magnificent 20 foot balcony with breathtaking views of the beach, ocean and city of Miami skyline. Master bedroom has 2 double queen pillow top beds and guest bedroom has 2 double full beds. This magnificent apartment has southern exposure meaning apartment and balcony gets sun most of the day.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 8 guests.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Pool and beach area has Tiki Bar as well as comfort food service. Room service also available as well as from Grub Hub, Uber Eats and most food delivery services. There is a public children's playground one block north with direct access from walkway behind our property. Resort offers for additional fees beach chair rentals and water sports. There is a salon and day spa located on the 4th floor. Local activities and attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, Seaquarium, Children's Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district, Wynwood, and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc both only 8-9 blocks away, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe's, and Aventura Mall all minutes away. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.
In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
