The heart of Downtown Miami. Close to a wide variety of amazing restaurants, bars, shops and establishments. You will be just steps away from Bayside Marketplace, which boasts a local farmers market, and plenty of shops and eateries with a great view. Just a quick ride via the Metro Mover (conveniently located steps from the building), or ride share to some of Miami's hippest neighborhoods. Including Wynwood and Brickell. About a 10 minute drive from the World Famous Ocean Drive, and Miami's South Beach. Other notable landmarks nearby include the American Airlines Arena, Adrienne Arscht Center for the Performing Arts, the Perez Art Museum, and the Olympia Theater.
