It is 1 hour 20 minutes from Disney World and many more amusement parks and all the exciting night life, attractions and shopping Orlando has to offer.We have several options for your vacation, short, or longer term stay, all suited to meet your needs and as private as possible. There are 3 different homes in the property: The Gull House (Direct Oceanfront Charming Cottage); The Whale House (Stay Directly on the Beach); and the Starfish House (Stay at Majestic Oceanfront Estate). The pool is shared by all 3 homes. Each house has its private outdoors area for grilling, eating or relaxing. There are 2 direct access to the sand walkways in the property.We were inspired by the surrounding blue waters, sky and tropical setting of our home to beautifully and uniquely decorate each house. Each house is fully furnished and has all essentials for you to enjoy your stay. A few examples are folding beach chairs with drink holders, designer beach towels, fun cooking essentials, etc.A few activities we truly enjoy are: morning and evening strolls on the beach. (Each time we go out we see different ocean conditions, thus we have seen many wildlife like sea turtles, sardines, tarpon feeding, dolphins, etc.) We enjoy the gourmet supermarket 2 minutes away from the property and all the fun restaurants of the area like Djon's Steak and Lobster, and bars like the Copperhead Tavern; grilling around the pool; reading a good book in front of the fireplace and simply staring at the night stars. Many of the beach goers enjoy kite surfing, surfing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply sun tanning and relaxing. A few other fun activities in the area include a visit to Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Airboat Rides, Antique shopping in the vast amount of stores along US 1 or Historic Downtown Melbourne, and any of the attractions in Orlando that are all about 1 hour 20 minutes away. In the mood for sports? The Spessard Holland Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer Enterprises is only 7 minutes away from the property as well as a public tennis court in the park on Ocean Avenue.
