Our Apartments are designed to be your home away from home. You’ll find that we’ve outfitted these apartments with everything you need to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one.
We are located on a Barrier Island, just 6 miles from Melbourne International Airport, or 65 miles from Orlando International Airport. The Kennedy Space Center is just 37 miles to our North, and Vero Beach is 34 miles to our South. Between those two points, you will find 72 miles of Sun Drenched Beaches known as the Space Coast. Grab a Beach Chair, and walk to Melbourne Beach’s own uncrowded “Ocean Park” (winning awards as one of our nations cleanest beaches year after year). Beautiful place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pineapple Manor. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating during our stay too. Our only complaint was prior to our arrival as it was difficult to get in touch with the owners. Once we arrived, everything was perfect!

Impeccable
Property is as described. Every detail has been thought through by owners. The place is spic & span when you arrive. Quiet area; walking distance to beach; restaurants, drugstore, and grocery stores nearby. Marc, the very kind owner, is always around to answer your questions. A small bed-side table in the guest room of appartment D would be a nice addition.

Perfection
Our 3 week stay could not have been any better! Pineapple Manor was as lovely as the pictures show and Mark and Kathy have thought of every way possible to make guests feel comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we were interested in doing and the atmosphere was total relaxation.

Just perfect !
Mark and Kathy's house is beautiful. Everything was provided for us on arrival and this considering we were only able to book 24 hours in advance. The house is absolutely spotless and in extremely good order with a very high quality finish. Help yourself to mangoes from the tree, beach towels and chairs available to use and coffee in the cupboard. Melbourne Beach pier is only steps away for beautiful sunsets, or the beach is just a 2 minute drive, parking is free or a 7 - 8 minute walk if you prefer with a nice family run supermarket on the way home..
Mark and Kathy are great hosts, on property and available if required, but not intrusive at all, the house felt like our own for 7 days.

Home Away From Home
The apartment was immaculate and well stocked. Mark and Kathy were wonderful hosts who accommodated whenever asked. This place has everything - beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and even sunscreen. The location is in the heart of Melbourne Beach within walking distance of the Indian River and the beach. Conveniences also within walking distance including a wonderful Italian Market with a fabulous of wines, ice cream shop, pharmacy and even a gift shop. There really is no need for a car. The apartment was very organized and had coffee and biscotti as an extra treat for guests. Did I mention the park across the street that is amazing for children and picnics and the sunsets were heavenly. I already miss relaxing on the porch in the rocking chairs looking out at the palms and flowering foliage all over the property.

Posto tranquillo, è come essere a casa
Struttura curata e pulita, ampi spazi, parcheggio per due automobili interno al giardino, tutti i confort, cucina attrezzata, coperte lenzuola e teli da mare disponibili, tv piatta via cavo, non manca proprio niente, nemmeno le due sedie a dondolo sotto il porticato. Letti molto comodi e spaziosi. Bagni perfettamente efficienti. Il pontile con passeggiata sul fiume dista circa 100 metri, mentre la spiaggia circa 800 metri, raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti o in macchina in pochissimo tempo. Supermercato fornitissimo in fondo alla strada, dove c'è di tutto. Ambiente assolutamente no smoking, sia dentro l'appartamento che all'esterno nel porticato o giardino. WiFi funzionante e veloce in download, un pò meno in upload. Mark il proprietario è persona molto riservata, è come se non ci fosse. Di notte il quartiere è silenzioso ma al contempo sicuro. Consigliatissimo!

Relaxing, refreshing, well-appointed, great location, off of the beaten path
If you crave a lovely Florida location to enjoy beaches, fishing, boating, prime restaurants, local shops & eateries, that is away from tourist hustle and bustle, then this vacation rental is where you need to stay. Everything one might need is provided with the rental unit, plus more, such as an on-site laundry facility, extra beach chairs. This unit is homey and spic-n-span clean. Enjoy the beautiful beach or stroll to the pier, both a short walk from the rental.
