It's the perfect place to lounge and enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV and DVR. There are 4 additional Flatscreen TV's in the house (5 in total). The house is equipped with a 10,000lb boat lift and dock, should you choose to bring your boat or rent one for your stay. the location provides for a short 10 min ride to the gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy fishing right off the dock in the back of the house. The beach entrance at S. Collier Blvd and Winnterberry Dr is beach a short walk away (.5 miles - 10 min). There are also 4 new bicycles and fishing rods (April 2016) available for your use at the house.
