What a great place! Beautifully maintained, cheerfully color decor and wall hangings, extremely comfortable bed you think you were sleeping on a cloud! View of the inter-coastal from you living room. Need to wind down after a hard day at the beach - sit on the veranda and relax. Even if it rains you have a library, fitness room, very charming club house with a pool table. OH did I mention pool? There is a pool with hot tub with plenty of lounge chairs to meet your needs. YES, this place has it! The convenience and safety of the parking garage with valet what more could you possibly ask for. The neighbors are quiet and when you do run into them in the halls they are very pleasant.

Mid May, My wife and I spent 10 glorious days in this penthouse at The Moorings at Lantana. Back home, the northeast was chilling with temperatures still in the 50s while we were basking in the sun with daytime temps in the 80s and evenings in the low 70s. We were visiting family in the West Palm Beach area so the location was perfect. It was about 30 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale to the south and Jupiter to the north. The penthouse included all the comforts of home with beautiful views of the marina and intercoastal. The facility was quite secure too, requiring key fobs to access the parking garage, pool, gym, and condo buildings. There was even valet service that provided luggage and grocery carts as needed. As for dining options, we ate at a different restaurant for lunch and dinner daily and probably gained a few pounds in the process. Our fav was alfresco dining at the Two Georges Waterfront Grille in Boynton Beach. If ever you are visiting the West Palm Beach area, we would highly recommend staying at this property. The owners were very friendly and quickly responded to all of our inquiries.
