Welcome to the Sun Lake Resort. We have 4 identical units of 4 bedroom 3 bath 1650 sqft on first floor and 2nd floor. The beautiful condo faces to sun lake and it has a spacious screened patio with an amazing view. It only takes 1 minute walk to a plaza for shopping and restaurants which is very convenient ! More importantly, you are only 2 miles from Disney and the shuttle buses are available for you just at the hotel, no more concerns about getting stuck in traffic---Now that's convenience that can't be beat! (shuttle buses: just cross the street from the sun lake resort).

The only home we stay at every time we vacation in Florida
This home is simply the best price, the most homey modern luxurious and clean place you can stay when you vacation in Florida. And to make things simple and easy the owners for this home are very responsive and always available for any questions.
My family and I would recommend this home to any one!!!

awesome rental!
We stayed in this condo the week before Christmas with our extended family ( 8 people in total) and everyone ABSOLUTELY loved it! GREAT location about 10 min driving distance to Disney theme parks/ Downtown Disney. close to grocery store, liquor and MANY restaurants!!! quiet screened in balcony. condo provided basically everything! plenty of dishes, bedding, and towels. will stay again our next vacation!

Perfect lodging place
A lot better than expected. My family and myself had such a great time mostly due to being so comfortable with this excellent property. Every room had everything we needed and the kitchen was well, turning cooking and eating in a family activity, we enjoyed a lot. I'd not hesitate to book it again in the near future.

Great place for a Disney escape
We had an excellent stay in this lovely 4 bedroom condo. Very close to all the Disney resorts. 3 nice adult rooms and a nice kids room. It has a washer and dryer. Nice big kitchen too. Great place to stay for a group for a vacation to Disney.

Perfect condo for Disney vacation
We stayed with 2 other families in this 4 bedrooms condo. It is great location with less than 10 minutes to the Disney theme parks. It is quite and cozy. The condo is equipped with all the kitchen utilities/laundry you need, even the stroller for kid. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. It made our stay very relaxing and can be called a home from home. I would strongly recommend this awesome rental.

Perfect condo for a vacation.
The condo is in a great location. Close to the Walt Disney World parks. Target is about a mile away. Lots of restaurants are close, you can walk to them if you want to. The condo is large and has nice furnishings. It has all you need in the condo. We hope to stay here again next year.

Great place
Place was very nice. It was a bit further from Disney than originally thought, but still easy to get to. Convenient located grocery/liquor store as well.

Magical Holidays
Truly enjoyed out stay at the villa in Kissimee. Location is ideal with easy access to Disney. It is great family friendly villa with a onsite pool.

Great stay
This was our first time staying off site for our Disney World Vacation. We were very pleased with the condo. Everyone had their own space to sleep and with the extra bathrooms it made getting ready to go to the parks easier. The location was within minutes of all the parks which was awesome! Also conveniently located close to gift shops, restaurants, and stores. We would definitely stay again!
